Good job was done. I purchased new construction and the inspector discovered a few critical areas that required fixing prior to closing.

Ted was AMAZING!!! Punctual, friendly, extremely thorough! He came out to our place with in 24 hours of speaking with him. Offered more information then what was requested. Ted also pointed out things that a previous inspector never did, made suggestions & so much more!! I would & will refer him to my real estate friends, family, & anyone else that is in need of an Inspector!!! If 10 stars were available, he would get 100!!!

Very bad service: while he was doing the inspection he continuously talked on the phone. He also asked me to pay him first before sending me the report. What he inspected in my house does not have anything meaningful, the report is careless too.

Ted was the inspector that inspected my home. From the first phone call to the submission of my report, Ted was always available and able to answer my questions. His questions were direct and he was able to explain any issues he found in simple terms so that I could understand them. Most importantly his report clearly outlined area for immediate attention and repair which helped my prioritize my repairs efforts. I would use County Large Home Inspections again and I would request Ted by name.
