The original date for installation was 12/15/13 but the installer got behind due to difficulty of another job. They were still willing to come at 6:00 PM to do the install. Since it was about a 3 hour job I opted to reschedule. The leaking hot water was leaking without me knowing. With the semi-annual service of the furnace it was brought to my attention by a prior Belair service man. I am sure if it had gone undetected, I would have end up with a large leak.

They're good. I would highly recommend them. You get the contract for the first couple of years and then you usually just keep it going because it's a pretty good deal. We're very pleased with them. It's a woman-owned company and she's an engineer herself.

Great experience. Hugo came out to the house on time with his helper Rusty and they were able to identify the gas leaks quickly. They struggled with the ductwork for a little bit, wondering if they could fix it without replacing it. Turns out the flexible duct joint had lost its flexibility and needed to be replaced. They returned to the office and said they'd call with an estimate. They had to come by once more to take some photos and measurements for the part (no charge) and then were able to call me with a specific fixed price estimate. Once I told them we could do it they ordered the part, it was ready in 48 hours and they came out the next day. Got it all done quickly and I couldnt be happier.

Very good experience. Installers arrived ahead of schedule, finished early. Very professional workers. Salesman very professional, gave lots of info on rebates. I'm very pleased with the project.

The technician arrived within the window of time arranged in advance. He looked over the furnace, which is located in the basement, and also changed the filter there. Then he went outside and did the check and service on the air conditioning unit. We purchased both the furnace and the air conditioning unit from Belair Engineering about a year and a half ago, and we have been very pleased with both the equipment and the service done by the company. With our old HVAC system, the technician from the company that serviced it would look at the furnace at the start of the winter and the air conditioning unit at the start of spring, but not both together. I highly recommend Belair Engineering. If you call them on the phone, a polite human being promptly answers the call. They send you an e-mail reminder a day or so ahead that they are coming. They do the little things well, as well as the big things well.

They figured out what the problem was with my furnace. They were punctual, accurate and professional.

For the past few years, I have used Belair for regular service on my heating and AC unit. I found them to be punctual, have professional sales/service presentations and the quality of service is very good. The most recent contact with them was to get an estimate on replacing my heatind and AC unit. After getting several estimates from other companies, I found Belair's pricing to be a little higher. This would not deter me from using them in the future or from referring them to a friend.

I am very happy with their services. The salesman that came out gave me all of my options and his recommendations. He really helped me make the best decision for my home. The install went well and ndash; arrived on time and completed all the work in a timely manner. They come out to service the unit each season and they do a great job with that. I'm still happy with my decision to go from oil to electric.

We love Belair they are always very responsive. We use them on a regular basis and we are always pleased. They are prompt, responsive and their prices are reasonable.

The experience with the company was a positive one. I have only one complaint .I was told the part would be ordered on Monday and that I would be called with the cost and scheduling for installation. I was not called. I called on Tuesday and was told that the part was in and would I like to schedule installation. I did and the mechanic was very quick and professional.

The repair tech arrived within three hours and tested the system thoroughly. He walked me through the issues and explained how the system functions and how he tested it. While the issue is ultimately electrical and not something that he could resolve, I am always pleased with my dealings with Belair. They installed my current HVAC system three years ago and have been fantastic to work with.

We discovered our A/C was not working properly when we got home to a very cold house. The thermostat was set at 70 degrees and the temperature was reading 60 degrees. I have used Belair Engineering in the past, so thought I'd give them a call. The woman who answered my call was extremely helpful and offered that a technician could be out to our house in the afternoon. The technician called ahead (as I had requested) to let me know he was on his way. The technician listened to my take on the A/C problem and got right to work. He determined that we needed a new thermostat. I asked for an inexpensive programmable thermostat and he installed it right away. He did a great job explaining how to operate the thermostat.I will definitely call Belair Engineering the next time I have an A/C or heating problem.

They were on time, they did the work within the estimated forecasted completion date. They had all the equipment so there was no go backs and they did a really nice complete job. It was really nice. Their prices were a bit high but they did do good work.

I called them while my husband was in the hospital and I had no heat. My husband had to be kept warm after coming home from the hospital. They came the next morning. I needed a whole new system installed and they installed it the next day and got it done in one day. They're trustworthy and they cleaned up afterwards. They did a professional job and can't thank them enough. They get all A's. They have professional trucks, wear uniforms, they're courteous, knowledgeable and they get the job done.

Everything went as planned. Day 1 installed and tested gas line from basement to generator location, built platform for the generator, installed some electrical wiring, delivered generator, delivered switch unit and other electrical equipment, connected generator to gas line and tested for operation. Day 2 the electricians installed and wired the power to the generator, the auto switch unit, and wired in the existing breaker box. Day 3 the generator was tested for operation and power output. The generator functions automatically and we can operate everything in our home with power to spare. We are very happy.

They had come out to do the maintenance about two days ago. I didn't have to pay anything because it was a part of the annual maintenance agreement. They did a pretty good job on installation. They were punctual. It was a Carrier system and I was looking for someone who could install a Carrier system for the upstairs and downstairs in my house, and they did it. Their price was reasonable. Once my maintenance agreement is over with them I will re-look at other companies and I'm not too sure if I would continue to use them. The primary reason for that is, once the systems had been installed, there was a water leakage in the upstair system. The leak was coming down to my roof and I had a tough situation, getting them to come in and install a larger pan to adjust the water in, to fix air-conditioning system upstairs because my ceiling had water stains. So that was a kind of testing situation with them and they finally decided to resolve it but it was a long back-and-forth with the customer service. They eventually resolved it and the people that they finally got to do it were very professional but it took a long time to get them to do it. There is a possibility that I might use them in the future.

The installer didn't do the job properly and more work had to be done to correct the issue. I was not pleased that it was so difficult for me to get the issue corrected. They were always punctual. I would use this company in the future because the issues were corrected.

They did a superior job. The price and attention to detail were very good. They were excellent estimators and good installers. The staff new the product well. They were courteous as well.

They are really good. I have a contract on my fireplace and my heat pump. I spent $5000 on the installation of the fireplace. They have a very nice showroom and I could go down there and pick what I wanted to purchase. They were very prompt when they came here and put everything in. They come and clean my fireplace and check if there is no gas leak or anything and they are very professional.

My heating system stopped functioning one cold day last winter. The repairman came on time, identified the problem, and made the repair - proabably in less than an hour.

It went very well, we were very pleased. This was the first installment of our assessment and we obviously haven't had a chance to check the AC unit yet.
