I was in a desperate time crunch to have this work done on an unoccupied home. The county had placed a notice on the door giving me 10 days to have the work done. Since I only check the property about once a week, by the time I discovered the notice I only had four days to complete the work. The fines the county imposes for not completing the work on time are very steep. 
A friend recommended Rigoberto Posada. He and his crew had removed a tree in her yard and she gave him a good recommendation. I called Rigoberto to discuss what I needed. He agreed to meet me at the property the next day. He was punctual, professional and friendly. We walked around the house to evaluate the work to be done. He understood what was needed. He even made a few suggestions I had not considered. At the end of the meeting he gave me an estimate of $600. He said they could get the work done the following week. I was surprised by this because I thought I had communicated that I needed the work done in the next couple of days. I then realized our only communication had been a conversation via cell phone. That coupled with accents and brief service interruptions probably lead to this miscommunication. When I explained my deadline, Rigoberto was very understanding. He decided he would be able to do the job early the next morning before his first scheduled job of the day. He was true to his word and the job was completed on time. I was very impressed that he did not add a fee for getting the work done on such short notice. His crew completed he job as we discussed. They also did a great job cleaning up the yard of branches and trimmings and hauling them away.
