Everything went well. Sometimes it seems that some of the local florist that FTD uses seem to make a little effort making that arrangement look like the picture that I purchased.

so embarrassed, I myself got very sick and was in bed for two days and was not thinking about the flowers. Feeling better this evening, Saturday one week after the order was placed I attempted to contact the florist so I could leave feedback apparently I was two hours over the deadline and there was nothing they could do. They will not disclose the florist that made the flower arrangement something about privacy issues. My advise to anyone wanting to send flowers with an FTD florist would be to call the florist directly so you at least know who you can contact in the event the flowers are not up to par. In most cases there will probably be someone that works at most hospitals that would know the name of a local florist, or what I should have done was just call the gift shop in the hospital and saved the $20.00 shipping for them. They did offer a $15.00 coupon towards a future order, that would be a reasonable resolution except for the fact that how do I know that I'm not going to get the same florist. I suppose I can use it to send flowers to someone in another state.
