It was really always the transmission that was the problem. They didn't catch it. We took it back three times. It was only the third time that they figured out that it was always the transmission. In the interim, we ended up having to pay a bunch of money to get other things fixed. They absolutely didn't know what they were doing and botched it up. Their service department is pretty lousy.

It is still making the same noise, they can't find the code. Their prices are higher but, everybody is. I have never missed a service. I don't know why they are so expensive. The quality is going down hill. I've never had a problem with their responsiveness. I just drop it off and they bring me home. The service guy that I deal with is professional. I don't know if I'm going to continue to use them.
