They fixed the car earlier than expected, and for less money than we anticipated, the repairs were done very quickly, and they remembered our names when we picked up the car.

Prompt, responsive, professional, and extremely pleasant. Made appointment on a Sunday online and they responded via email (after hours). Dropped off vehicle Monday morning. Manager was in constant contact with me during repair process. Informed me they had to order a part (which I expected). Vehicle was finished to next day. Service manager was professional, pleasant, and funny! Mechanic was informative and showed me the exact problem and what was fixed/replaced. Great service from great people!

While having a flat tire patched at another place, I received a quote for brakes that was $200 less expensive than the estimate I got when I took my car to Hollenshade's. However, I have been using Hollenshade's for nearly 25 years, and $200 is absolutely worth knowing that they'll do a quality job with quality materials. I am not a car fanatic, but I won't let anyone else do anything more than change a tire, no matter what the cost. These guys are honest, and they do a fantastic job! I refer everybody there.

Excellent service. They spent almost an hour trying to clean up/salvage my rusted calipers to save me money, but they were too far gone on my eleven-year-old vehicle. Appreciated the effort. Definite recommend.
Note: Because of their Angie's rating and prime location between Parkville/Towson, this is a very busy shop. Probably best to drop off your vehicle if you can.

The best place I've gone to is Hollenshade's. I would give them an A for everything. They're really good. They're pretty honest, straightforward and they're competent and they have good prices.

These guys are amazing. They will not up-sell or oversell you on repairs. A friend had an oil leak that the dealer said needed to be repaired for up to $2000. I told her to go to Hollenshades. They found her a ~$50 fix that got her through an inspection and kept her car running just fine. They also are prompt with repairs (I had a dead battery once, a broken shifter cable once, and a broken front end piece). They fixed all of the issues on the same day I brought them the car. These guys are the real deal. If they say you need the repair, you do. This place is like going to your dad for auto care. They will take care of you and keep you safe on the road, but not gouge you in the process.

Great. I acoed them to check my front brakes too and they were honest about the front brakes having plenty of pad remaining. The rear brakes had been grnding for a few weeks and I knew I was looking at new rotors.
