It went well as far as the cancellation goes. It was a bit of transferring to get to the right person, which was a little frustrating. They spoke English, and they do try to get you to transfer your service. My daughter was moving, and since she was a current Comcast customer, they did the best they could to get my daughter to transfer the service to the new place. The new place my daughter was moving already had their own service. They do ask a lot of questions, instead of listening to my need.

Absolutely horrible. I was told on the website I had entered all appropraite info., only to find that was not true at all. Nothing happened so I called. No one seemed to know anything about the entire information forms I completed on their own website, or the communications between me and the tech. So then the phone calls began, each time speaking to someoone new, who had absolutely no idea or access to prior calls and information already provided numerous times. Finally had a modem transferred as I was told to do, then rec'd a call that I was begin billed for the modem they told me they had transferred. Apparently transfer is not an allowed action. However, they are the ones that said to do transfer it!. After many more phone calls to try to get the service correct, we then received no bill for 2 months. They somehow switched the new account to the old address with my boyfriend's name, who had never lived at the old address, and sent the bill there. So, we finally get that corrected and they send a bill including a late fee AND fees to reprint the statements they mailed to the wrong address. Between me and my fiance, we placed countless calls to Comcast and I don't know if it is even correct at this time. The process took over 4-5 months to straighten out. Ever time we called, the person we spoke to had no idea about previous calls, problems, information already provided, etc. Sometimes the Comcast employee would give us their name and supposed direct line, only to get someone who had no idea who that was, and could not connect us to that same person.

I have had them for about a year and they are ok but the picture quality leaves some to be desired. I would give them a B rating and I will continue to use them.

The people who come out to do the repairs are good, its the company that is difficult.

I've used them for less than a year. I haven't had any major problems so I haven't had any issues to deal with yet. They were there when they said they would be.

It's "love 'em or leave 'em!" pretty much with them. The pricing is just absolutely horrible. I'm tired of having to wait on the phone for an hour and then having to wait almost a whole day for them to show up. The workers that come out are very nice and professional but Comcast, in general is horrible.
