Pat's Gutter Svc

It went fine except for one problem one time, but overall the cleaning of the gutters was fine.

It seems fine. The man that came out to do the estimate was very friendly, helpful and explained things well. He came back and followed up to make sure everything was OK.

It was fine. They cleaned up well and they took care of what they were supposed to.

They have been fine. There have been no problems at all. We have a three year contract. It was a fair price. They come on time. They usually have called me to set up an appointment in advance.

I contacted Pat's Gutter Service and scheduled an estimate for a couple of days later. They were able to meet me in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. The estimator was friendly and took time to answer all of my questions. Instead of pushing for extra work, the estimator recommended against replacing the existing downspouts since he didn't see anything wrong with them. The estimator even hauled away a damaged section of gutter that had fallen off my house with no obligation to have them complete the work. The estimate and contract were given to me on the spot. A standard 1/3 deposit with signed contract sent in by mail was needed to initiate the work. After sending in the contract I was contacted by Pat's in about 7-8 days and the work was scheduled for two days later. On the day the work was scheduled to occur, Pat's called to say they weren't going to be able to make it out. I explained to Pat's that I had a problem with a leaking sliding door during some rain that occurred while I was getting other estimates. With no gutters on the back side of my house water was running right down the side and leaking in the door causing damage to my basement ceiling. Since rain was forcasted for the next two days they came out to replace the missing gutter on the back side of my house, preventing further damage. Two days later they came out to finish the job and replace the front side gutter.

It was well done. They came the day they said. They submitted a bill the day of service. They followed up to confirm the day before they were coming.

It worked very well. We have had no more floods in our basements. We haven't needed the gutters cleaned since then. It was much cheaper than solid products.

The last time they did a terrible job. They cleaned the stuff out of the gutters and they threw it on the deck and left it there. There were days they said they would come out and they never came. They would schedule an appointment and they would never come. We used them for a number of years and they had different crews. Some of the original crews, we were very pleased with. The last one were weren?t very pleased with.

It was fine. There were no problems. They were prompt. They did the work as agreed upon for the amount agreed upon. There have been no problems since.

Their service has always been excellent. They respond almost immediately and always on time. I'm always very pleased with what they do for me. They've also replaced a gutter for me, as well.

The experience in 2009 was good and some repairs to the copper gutters damaged by the snow and ice of early 2010 was performed satisfactorily; but in 2010 the cleaners did not show up when scheduled (early December) but instead appeared, unannounced, early on a Sunday morning in the middle of the month, after the leaves in the gutters had frozen. They were not able to get everything out of the gutters so ice formed over the winter and damaged the gutters. The cleaners also broke a security system sign and a window screen with their ladders but did not report it. Pat's did not offer to pay for the gutter repair necessitated by the poor cleaning or for the damage to the sign and screen. On another occasion, I requested an estimate for some minor repair work to wood on the house that they advertised that they did, but never received it. When I called to find out about the quote, another representative came to my house and looked at the work that was required but never followed up either.

My overall experience was terrific. They did forget to install a runoff diverter in one section and it took a couple of phone calls to get them to return to add this piece but they did after another week or so. They also installed downspout filters that I had purchased. All downspouts were pointed in the variety of directions we had agreed to - some directed water to the front while others directed water to the side. They weren't the cheapest estimate but were pretty much in the middle of the range I received. Quality of work was excellent.

This time was better than the last time they came out. This time they came out within a week of when I called. They came out early in the morning. The only thing is, since they came so early when it was cold, there was frozen water in the gutters. But they were still pleasant and did what they were supposed to do, it probably just took them longer than it should have due to the ice.

The price was somewhere between $85-115, which was less than another estimate that we got. They were very good. They were willing to let us know if there were any problems. If they found any problems, it was not because they wanted to make more money off of us. They came out quickly. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

It took this company along time to come out, when they did they left the trash bag full of the debris in the back yard. I had to call this guy 3 times to find out when he was coming out. His estimate was originally $50.00, but after work was done he said the cost was going to be $65.00 because of the elbows they had to clean out.

I think that they did a good job! They could have been a little more timely on their arrival, but they did clean up all of the debris and hauled it away with them. It also took a little time to get them scheduled.

I had a very frustrating experience beginning with poor communications in trying to finalize the work contract and schedule work. Even though the job captain never scheduled the work with me. I arrived home one night to a pile of materials and boxes in my front yard. When I called Pat's to ask about this, I was told that the materials are only delivered to one site and that indeed some were mine and some were for a different job! I returned the next night to look at the work, there was job-related trash throughout the yard, a new extender that they added was broken, and another job's materials were still in my garage. I was told that the work crew returned to fix everything the next day but nothing was different. The owner and office manager had to come to my home with the work crew to inspect everything, and only then was everything cleaned. After this incident, the office manager Abby was helpful and very nice and the owner was apologetic but the crew continued to be surly and rude.

Both the scheduler and workman were polite and helpful. Service was prompt, the workman was thorough and pointed out some problems with the roofing that we had not known about. Will definitely use this company again.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY CLOSE TO THE ACTUAL COST, AND THE GUY WAS VERY POLITE. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THEM EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE A SLATE ROOF.

THE INDIVIDUALS FROM THE COMPANY ARRIVED WHEN THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO ARRIVE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, AND DID THE JOB IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION. THEY ALSO MADE SURE THE AREA WAS CLEANED UP BEFORE THEY LEFT.

I CONTACTED PAT'S GUTTERS TO CLEAN OUR GUTTERS. THEY CAME OUT WITHIN THE WEEK AND QUICKLY CLEANED ALL OF MY GUTTERS. THEY WERE QUICK, NEAT AND UNOBTRUSIVE. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, THE MEN SHOWED US EXACTLY WHAT WAS CLOGGING THE GUTTERS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHER HOMEOWNERS.
