Working with Corley to replace our roof was seamless. Josh managed our roof replacement and was great about communicating throughout the process and low pressure in terms of our options. We actually got two estimates (one from Corley and one from a guy with a lower profile set-up) and their estimates were within something like $50 of one another so we felt condifdent we were getting a fair price. Hopefully, we are a long ways away from having to do more roof work but if we need to, we wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They were on time and on budget. Interactions,what we had, were fine. The work they did turned out just fine. I would describe them as a very good company.

I called Corley Roofing to have someone come out to do an estimate. The lady answering the telephone said it would take a few days to get me scheduled for an appointment. I was fine with that because of my schedule. After a few days, a gentleman called to schedule a date to do the estimate. We agreed for him to come on Friday, Mar 3, 2017, around 12:30 p.m. When the date and time came, I waited and waited, but he never came and no one from Corley Roofing called even though they had my house and cell numbers. I was very disappointed as I heard good things about this company, but it was not good for me. I contacted another company which did a great job.

It went very well - especially the clever solution to one of our drainage problems. The crew was agreeable, polite, on time and the work was done to the highest standards at the price quoted.

It was past time for us to replace our roof and we interviewed several companies to get the most competitive bid. Corley had done some repair work for us previously, so we naturally turned to them again. They were competitively priced, easy to work with and the rep was great. What stands out to me most is their honesty, knowledge of the roofing process and products and how easy they are to work with. When we first began the bidding process, it was the Corley rep who actually told me we had another 2 years left in our roof and we didn't need a replacement right away. I think most other companies would have eagerly jumped at the opportunity to sell me a new roof (because our old one was moss covered, pushing 20+ years and looked awful), but the rep's honesty really stood out to me. I remembered that. Two years went by and we resumed our bidding process and called Corley again - among others just to make sure we were getting a fair price. We were ready to move forward but then had several large unexpected expenses, so we had to delay the roof replacement for another 8 months. Even after all this time, Corley's rep was responsive, friendly and happily answered all my questions. (And I had a lot, trust me.) He was also willing to work with me on the pricing. The actual install went great - the 5 man team arrived early and worked hard all day. They took an awful-looking roof and turned it into something beautiful. It definitely took many years off the age of the home. (Built in the 1940's.) Their clean-up was excellent too - which was important to me because we have two young children who play in the yard. The crew even went above and beyond to help unload my groceries from the car when I returned home with my two young kids in tow. It was their lunch break and without being asked, they quickly unloaded the car and then went back to lunch. Really thoughtful. All that to say, we would happily recommend them and could not be more pleased. Very happy customers.

The most expensive estimate I received.

Excellent. All work was done on time and on estimate. The property was completely clean upon completion.

They are a little more expensive. There were a couple of small problems and they fixed them right away as soon as I pointed them out. What stood out well is they showed up when they said they were going to show up and they were very efficient in their work. They showed up in the morning and when I came home, I had a new roof. It was done in a day and I have not had any problems since.

They were professional & the estimate was reasonable. They were punctual & the job was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company. I recommended this company to a family member & they are using them to replace their roof as well.

They were completely punctual at every step in the process. First, they called back in the time promised. Next, Russ arrived on time for the estimate appointment. We talked about the problems and he made great low-cost recommendations to address the issues. I did not feel oversold and felt confident they would perform the work in a quality manner. Finally, the workers arrived at the promised time to do the work. They were professional, communicated what they planned to do, then proceeded to do an excellent job. They were quick and cleaned up completely when the job was finished. I received a bill after-the-fact that matched the estimate and did not include any unexpected or hidden fees. I plan to side the house and replace the roof next year. Based on this experience, I intend to use them for those jobs as well.

After laying down tarps to catch the old shingles and debris, the 5 man crew went to work in replacing our two story townhouse with new GAF HD Timberline shingles .The crew was very professional and courteous and finished the job in a timely manner. They did an amazing job on a large, steep roof with many peaks and valleys. They we were fast, cleaned up everything, and paid attention to the small details. They added roof vents on all my peaks (without me asking), including the dormers which have really made a big difference in keeping my attic and upstairs cooler. I highly recommend them. John Corely was very easy to work with and came to our house several times with samples while we decided on the right shingle color and type. I could not be more pleased.

Everything went great! Corley's associates were at my door at 9am sharp.They introduced themselves to me and got right to work. I was on my way to a 10:30am dental appt.; when I returned at 2pm there was no sign of Corley's associates, but my gutters were beautiful and gleaming! They were fast, professional and efficient!

On March 8, 2016, Mr. Reynolds met me at my home and we had a wonderful discussion about my request for new gutter guards. He informed me that after his inspection, he noticed that I needed new gutters; as well, because of the condition they were in and the damage that could be done to my home eventually, if they were not replaced. It was a pleasure to speak with Mr. Reynolds, he explained in detail the process, and the approximate time the job would be finished. Mr. Reynolds scheduled the installation for March 15th, and the crew showed up promptly. I went outside to greet the crew members and ask a few questions about the job. They completed the job in a timely fashion and I was able to continue with my day. I was very impressed with Mr. Reynolds, he was very informative, and after talking with him I felt confident that I had made the right choice in selecting their company. I will definitely use Corley Roofing again. The gutters and downspouts look beautiful, also adding some curb appeal. Wonderful job!

Turned out the leak was caused by the snow storm, with snow collecting on top of a vent on my roof. They came promptly, were very helpful, and quickly explained the issue. They even suggested ways we could keep our roof in good shape ourselves. Will definhitely be calling them when it is time for a new one.

I've been using corley for years and absolutely love them. they always go above and beyond.

They gave me a clear explanation of what caused the problem and how they would repair the damage. They took photos of the before and after to confirm the work was done. The representative took my call while on a roof. Very responsive and polite. Will use them again.

My contact, Tom, was on timer every time we scheduled to meet. He was great to deal with. His crew arrived on the scheduled day, performed all the work and left ZERO mess. I did have a subsequent leak at the chimney. It was just a small issue. I called Tom, and he had his guys back in a few days and quickly took care of the problem. We used this contractor on another project that came later. The results were the same.

Representative came out and performed an inspection of problem. Provided me an estimate and I accepted it. Company called and provided date/time of when repair work would be performed and they were punctual; did work as promised and I did not have to pay at that time. Later on in future days I personally went to the company and paid my bill. I liked the fact that this was our business transaction and they trusted me to pay them after the job was performed.

Corley has done several jobs for me including a porch roof that someone else botched. They are quick to respond, highly professional and do quality work. They were happy to perform work - both estimating and actual job - when I was at work. So no lost work time is a real plus. I trust them to get the job done, use quality materials and inform me of any issues. When there are any issues they are immediately addressed and the owner is helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

They charged me $150 to clean the leaves off the roof. I signed a 3-year contract to have the leaves removed twice a year at a cost of $150 per visit. I have never had the problem again since they have been doing this job. They solved the problem and saved me thousands of dollars, for which I am extremely grateful. I recommend them highly.

Following January's snowstorm, my gutter was ripped from the side of the house. It required a 40 foot ladder - something I didn't have handy (or could borrow from a friend easily). I scheduled service call with Corley Roofing and I received a call from Dennis within a few hours. I sent him just a few pictures, and he gave me an estimate that day. He was able to make the repairs within a week or reaching out for service. I've worked with Corley before and will continue to for any roofing/gutter needs I have.
