About us
PennyCrest LLC is a small company founded by a lifetime residential carpenter who wanted to give clients a new way to look at the custom remodeling and woodworking world. PennyCrest gives to its clients our utmost attention, knowledge and patience in everything from selecting the array of different bathroom fixtures to the design of a custom built closet system and more. When PennyCrest was formed, it was built on three important principles: 1. The importance of customer service, through promptness when we meet and due-diligence in returning calls or emails. 2. The importance of knowledge. Informing the client with every possible piece of information we know and offering any recommendations both in design and material. 3. The importance in a final completed well-finished product. Pennycrest was started by a custom trim carpenter and its final product, whatever it may be, must pass final close inspection down to its smallest detail.
