On time, finished quickly (~45 min for 8 zone system; i was asking a lot of questions), was friendly and answered all of my questions politely and completely.

You couldn't ask for a better contractor.  After meeting Tim you will recognize that he is clearly a seasoned expert in irrigation systems. He and his team are top notch professionals and get the work done efficiently and effectively.  Our previous system was about 15 years old and had not been used in 3 or 4 years.  The previous owners of the home had apparently stopped using the old system because it was costing so much in water bills. Tim surveyed the situation and proposed a much more efficient system combining both soaking hoses and sprinkler heads instead of just using sprinkler heads.  The new system has resulted in much less water usage while still providing just as much hydration needed for the lawn and flower beds.  His proposal was clear and easy to understand. He removed the old system and a fountain we did not use and built the new system in about 8 hours.  The new system works perfectly.  This has saved us significantly on water costs.  We are very happy with the work he and his team did and highly recommend his services.  Overall Rating: Excellent.

We have had a problem with water pooling by our lower level back door -- and sometimes getting into the laundry room -- during heavy rains. Tim came out at the scheduled time to give an estimate. He also performed the work (with an assistant) at the scheduled time. The work was performed in a very professional and timely manner, and the entire experience was very positive from our point of view. After the first rain following the installation, there was still some minor water pooling. Tim came out and did some additional grading that took care of the problem. He obviously takes pride in his work.

Loved this company.  Had many email conversations with them and they always responded to all of our questions and concerns.  They waited patiently while we obtained HOA approval.  Once the approval was obtained, they came out immediately to install our sprinkler.  We had some adjustments that needed to be made immediately.  I highly recommend them.  We are now part of the Maple family and will continue to obtain service.

Maple Irrigation's owner Tim Whitley is knowledgeable, prompt, kind and
responsive. We had a drainage issue in our backyard, and talked to two
other companies before Maple. One company said there was nothing we
could do short of ripping out our entire patio and raising the level of
the entire yard 8-12 inches. Another offered a solution that may or may
not help and was very costly. Tim showed up for the estimate on time,
took the time to listen to our problem and review the property, then
suggested a solution that he thought would work while explaining it
thoroughly and asking if we had additional questions. He sent a proposal
a few days later that was much lower than we had expected.
Weeks later he came out and completed the project. Not only was it pouring
rain that day, but it was very hard manual labor and it was just himself
and one other worker doing the entire job. They spent 5 hours on the
project but he still made sure to show me what they were doing at
different stages so that I understood what he was installing and how it
all worked. Once they were finished, he let me know they were done, but
never even mentioned the remainder of the payment that I owed. He said
to call if I had any problems and he'd come right back to fix it.
The solution has worked beautifully and our yard is dry and mosquito free.
And just this morning, his office contacted me to ask how it's working
out with all the rain that we've had lately. I was really pleased with
this service, start to finish, and felt like they actually cared about
the job and their customers and not just the money. Thank you Tim and
Maple Irrigation! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Maple Irrigation did a great job overall.  Specifically, Tim is one of the last believers in true customer service -- he was great to work with.  Also, despite our landscaping having just been completed they did a great job in leaving the site in substantially the same shape as they found it.  All around great and I will definitely be using them for maintenance in the future.

I can't say enough about Maple Irrigation, they are truly what you expect from a company regarding customer service and you don't feel like they are taking advantage of you.  Tim and Kathy are great!!

Very professional - We knew a couple of nozzles were broken and needed to be replaced. They inspected the whole system. Came back with an estimate for the extra costs, showed us where the problem was and asked us if we wanted the work to be performed. They had all the material needed in the truck. Did the job on the spot in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend them.

They're very good. I've been using them for about two years. They're a little less expensive than the company I was using before. They're friendly and professional people.

The guy got the job done. When he turned on the sprinkler, he actually found out more problems than what he anticipated. I would highly recommend them. He was right, belong with everybody else and he was actually able to come earlier. He keeps his appointment on time and he was very professional. He conducts himself and he bought a worker with him.
