They found what the problem was right away. It was a poor snake that climbed into the car and wrapped itself around the radiator cooling fan and got roasted. Had other minor problems and all was fixed and we were happy with the car afterwards. The only complain would be about the prices. Labor was much higher than the parts. Overall we liked them and will continue to bring our cars to them.

They performed work that was not necessary and not within the manufacture guidelines. For instance, Art's claimed the radiator needed to be flushed for the 30,000 mile warranty work. The manufacture claims the radiator had a long last fluid that would last 5 years or 60,000 miles. After all the work was performed the vehicle broke down twice! Art's also claims to have the lowest prices on tires - this is not true. I would never take my vehicles there again.

They are very dependable. They stand by their estimate. They will give you a time frame. My Volkswagen had a broken antenna. They were able to find the antenna and get it replaced. They also helped with resurfacing the lenses on the headlights. I have never had a problem.
