The work was completed through our extended warranty and VIP. I did in addition have them replace our lug nuts, as well. They also repair one of our door latches which need to be done. We had a safety inspection done on all the major systems. I've been very pleased with their service department, I feel they do good quality work and because we have an extended warranty repairs tend to be pretty low in cost. They are very responsive in getting your car back in time, have a pick up and delivery service, provide a rental and stand behind their work. We have bought a second Ford primarily due to their service which is very good. They have kept us on the road and everything has worked out for us. I will highly recommend them and intend to continue using them.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they performed all my requested services, ie; oil change, topped off fluids, changed filter...in addition did the full circle inspection for only a few dollars more.

The folks at Sheehy in Springfield are so very nice. They were always on time for when they said our car would be ready, and they never did any work without calling and asking first. I would go back to them.

It went well. Very nice people. Sonny Betancourt provided excellent customer service. He was my car salesman.

Sheehy Ford had the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The salesman was literate and knowledgeable. I got a fair price on my trade-in and for the new car.

I called about a buying a 2013 Ford Escape. The sales person took a long time to get back to me then told me they had two SUVs in the color I wanted with the options I wanted. I asked about a price. She took a very long time to get back to me but came up with a very good price. She then emailed me a window sticker and gave me the same price. The window sticker was for a car with different options. Now here is where I made a mistake. I didn't look closely at the window sticker she sent. When I went to the dealership she no longer was offering me the deal we had originally talked about. After waiting for her to talk to her manager for about 1/2 hour (the showroom was empty) she said the price was about $1,200 more than we agreed on. Classic bait and switch. The sales person lied to me more than once. I wouldn't go back to this place if it were the last ford dealer in the Washington area.

When we bought our car, we bought the service package. So we go back there even though we live far from there. They provide very good service to the car. We have not paid for any of the service since we bought the original package. They have a pleasant and well accommodated waiting room. I believe they wash the car every time I turn it in. The personnel are pleasant and professional. I might look for some other dealer nearby once the package is over but there is nothing against them; it is only the distance that we have to travel.

I didn't have to pay anything because it was under warranty. Their service department is excellent. There are a bunch of guys there that are open, very honest and talk to the customer. They don't try to sell me stuff that I don't need. They are really great. I would absolutely use them again.

They did a good job on everything. The car drives much better and all. They are thorough. You never know when they're going to find something that needs to be repaired. I have been there before, and they have always done a good job.

We have been going there for about 4 years. We are assigned to a particular team and so its the same people work on the van every time. They are excellent. They are very knowledgeable. They call before doing any work.

I picked up my car after a routine check, I did an inspection to verify they had installed new weather stripping. I noticed a scratch down to the medal on the passenger side from the front to the rear. There was also a dent on the drivers side door. Both were not there when I had dropped off the car. I spoke with the manager, he told me to bring in the car to pop out the dents in a week. They kept the car for 2 days and gave me a free rental. They popped the dent on the drivers side, but now there were 5 chips along the passenger side. I spoke with the manager again and he said that's how I brought in the car. The car had been washed and waxed the day before, and the chips were not there. In addition to the chips and dents, my a/c wasn't working when I left the dealership. The manager said it was an electrical short and would cost another $300-400. I did not have an additional $400 to spend on the air conditioning. I am very dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend them.
