I had a horrible and shady business like practices with this dealership. I had inquired about a vehicle on their lot on June 12th at 8:34am and worked with Parul their internet Manager. I had inquired about the price, agreed to the price, but never heard back from the finance department to FINALIZE my purchase at the end of their business day on Saturday. I called on Monday June 14th at 9:45am in the morning...ONLY TO FIND THAT THE VAN HAD BEEN SOLD. I have no idea how a car dealership sells a vehicle after being opened for 45 minutes on a Monday morning. Confused and severely aggravated I asked my sales manager, Phil, to tell me what happened to my deal and all I was told was "First come first serve...", UHM SIR I WAS FIRST ON SATURDAY, or least I thought I was! There was no mentioning to me that any other party was interested in purchasing this vehicle. This was one of the worst customer service experience I've ever had with, completely left in the dark and a complete waste of my time.

They were never able to figure out?a? problem that I had with the car not starting when I get in the car just?randomly. It wasn't the starter. They never knew what it was. They changed my battery a couple of times for a couple of years until my warranty ran out and then they didn't do anything after that. They didn't charge me anything because it was under my warranty, until the warranty died then after the warranty died?I still took it back to them but?they still could not figure out what it was. There was nothing positive any time I took it there. I did not wait there. I would take my car and drop it off. I guess a positive thing I could say was that I could get a rental car. Nissan's generally were good cars, but that car, for whatever reason, they could never figure it out. I think they could have been more proactive in trying to help me figure it out every time I took it there instead of just changing the battery. They just changed the battery and then it would go for a couple of months and then stop again. It was frustrating to me, because I would be afraid to go to the grocery store or anything at night, worried my car would not start.

Service is good! Got my oil changed and they even washed my car.

I have a Nissan and I only take it to the dealer. I had a coupon for the oil change and it came with some other things. The oil change was about $36 and the brakes were about $300. They have really speedy service so I am not sitting there all day long. They are really good about calling and letting me know that a service is upcoming and asking if I would be interested in scheduling an appointment. I like that. I will definitely use them again.

I have been taking my vehicle into them since 2004. The mechanics do good work and the pricing is reasonable. They are courteous and know me by name. It is relatively easy for me to get my vehicle into them. They are great at calling me before they do anything to the vehicle.

Well but wa dissappointed they couldn't fix a slighlty caved-in bumper that just needed to be snapped back in place

Their services are fine. The price is pretty average. They are pretty punctual in their work.

I have used them for 30 years, and I can depend on them. I have a very good relationship with them. They gave a service plan when I bought the car, so I do not pay anything. The plan lasts 3 years.

I didn't wait that long for the service. The work was fine, but normally I would use another place for that. They were very attentive and friendly. They were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing.
