Completed job, but left property a mess. Trampled garden, broke items on patio, moved furniture and did not return. Did come back when I called and agreed to a reduction of fee, when I requested, it was not offered, And still left without moving furniture back in place. Had to spend entire discounted amount to replace ruined garden. Owners, in - person and on phone were very pleasant and accommodating. Unfortunately, their staff is not as professional.

The contractor came to my house and gave me a quote for how much it would cost to do the tree trimming I wanted done and when he would be back to do it. He came back, did the job and it did not cost me one penny more than he quoted. I was very pleased.

This was a difficult job. It involved removing very large dead limbs from an extremely tall black oak tree. The work was done carefully and did not damage newly sodded lawn below.

Did good job removing most of tree, however left craters in yard, did not even attempt till fill in holes they left. Stated they could not take bottom part of tree, crane could not lift it. Now I have to cut it in pieces to have removed.

Had to leave a message when I first called, but they called me back within a day or two. Came to give estimate a couple of days after that. Estimate was very reasonable and they came when they were scheduled, to trim two trees. They did a great job with both the trimming and clean-up.
