From the initial visit, my experience with Jason and the entire Presto staff was very professional. They are a nice group of hard working men who know their craft. They listened to my concerns and explained everything that needed to be done from beginning to end. I really appreciate the entire experience due to the serious work that needed to be done on my property. I highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Presto Construction. Jason went above and beyond in order to help me. The services that he provided were excellent, and I can tell that Jason cares about his customers. I also need to highlight the professionalism of Jason is, and his knowledge as a contractor was invaluable. He provided expert insight into the problems I was having in my house. I am very satisfied with Presto Construction, and I definitely would work with Jason and Presto again in the future.

Job was to repair 2 walls on stairway leading from outside to basement, also replace the bottom landing which was cracking. Crew did great job and took care of a misunderstanding about the drain installation. Also did nice job cleaning up.

I was extremely satisfied with the timeliness, methodology, attention to detail, and customer service! They arranged for my job to be done the next day! Showed up to work when they said they would, did the work we discussed, and finished on time. Anything I needed explained or corrected on site, Carlos and Jose were there and took care of it. I am very happy with the completed job and would recommend them wholeheartedly!

I regret hiring Presto Construction. They did one part of the job correctly - filling holes in the ground undermining my foundation. They botched the other part, a cinder block wall intended to shore up the existing foundation. The problem is that the wall does not touch anything. My house has a 6 tall crawlspace and the foundation sits on the dirt at the edge of the crawlspace. I was under the impression that the cinder block wall would be in contact with the dirt to prevent any more from washing out due to rain infiltration. When I called the company they sent someone from the construction team. Their first suggestion was to do nothing because the wall would catch anything dirt that washed out. I told him that would not work because the foundation would collapse if that happened. His next suggestion was to pile dirt up behind the wall. That would have been without any testing to make sure it would work or any check to see if that would affect drainage. I said no. The next suggestion was from the owner, that his crew pile up gravel behind the wall. Again, this was an offhand suggestion without any evaluation to see if it would work. It has been several weeks. I have not heard from the company since then and at this point I would not trust any suggestion they made unless an engineer was involved.

I waited to write this review because I wanted to see the final outcome. I am glad that I did. The concrete patio is very poor quality for the amount of money that I paid. It has been less than a month and it is already cracking and there are holes in it. The patio was supposed to align with my deck, but it is complete off center. The crew that came, drove onto my grass and left a huge mud hole in my yard. I would not recommend this company at all. They act like they are giving you a deal, but it is very poor quality.

IF you are willing to do your part and check after the work is done on a foundation repair - meaning you actually crawl under the house yourself - I would hire them. They definitely need checking after and then checking again, but they are willing to re-do the work when it isn't done right the first time. A second thought to share: if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. "We will not charge the client anymore than our original estimate. We crawl under and if we missed something in the estimate, it is on us to make right." He doesn't actually mean this and did charge us more. We balked at paying the extra, and should have stuck to our guns and made him keep his word, but allowed him to talk us into paying the difference. That's on us.

Jason was so easy to deal with. I was surprised he could come right out and meet with me and complete the job by the end of the week. The crew was wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Will definitely use them again.

I got quotes from 3 different companies and Presto got back to me very quickly and their price was in the middle of very cheap and very expensive. Besides being in the middle price wise they were the ones who actually proposed giving me what I wanted. What I wanted were drainage channels to deal with the surface water that flowed downhill from my neighbors and my own house. I also wanted rains to stop making my yard a sopping mess. We'll see when the next rain comes if these do the trick. They were able to take the deposit on-line and they worked with me as I had to get a town permit for the work. I was a little concerned they didn't call Miss Utility before starting the work. But they were using hand tools to dig around the house. It only took them a day to do the work. The work did not include getting rid of the previous drainage system we had. So I have to get the town to get rid of that in bulk trash.

All workers were competent in their specific areas, efficient as they worked, pleasant when explaining things to me, and they did a great job of cleaning up afterwards

Very responsive and quick to arrive to provide a quote. They were able to do the job within 2 days of the quote. Works was high quality and they cleaned up well after being done.

Had a concrete pad poured for a dog kennel and Jason was extremely accommodating and got back to me in a very timely manner

Jason was very accessible by phone and was super flexible with understanding and working with the complex issue we were trying to solve. We had a damaged concrete driveway and the work had to be coordinated with multiple stakeholders and Jason made himself available. His team came on time and even on a weekend.

Excellent services, highly recommended! My go-to contractor for any and all projects. Can't say enough positive things about Jason and his entire crew.
