Terrible. I was the only customer at the time, and one of the other nail technicians proceeded to rant and rage for 25 minutes speaking in her native Asian language to the tech. Who was working on my nails. This was very unprofessional and disruptive she finally calmed down when another customer walked in. Another instance prior to this one was I waited almost an hour for service, when another customer walked in without an appointment and went straight to the back to be serviced. I will never set foot in this place again. The work is terrible, and the employees seem to be on drugs or something. From now on I will patronize my own race and cultures nail salons, they are cleaner, and provides more professional customer service.

Had called that morning about getting a pedicure and manicure at 4:30
the same day. John took me promptly and was very upbeat, friendly and
efficient. The only problem was the manicure chipped at one of my
cuticles the next day before I went to an event which I'd never had
happen before. Otherwise a very good value.
