The team was outstanding. They arrived in the morning and identified the best possible options to route the vent pipe. Since the best option was also the most labor-intensive, they made heroic efforts to dig ~6 feet deep from the exterior of the home to access out crawlspace from the corner of the house. This resulted in them taking much longer than expected at our house -- with an outstanding result.

They are excellent! My own tests indicated high radon in my full basement. I called them and spoke with John Swett. The work was scheduled quickly. The team showed up on time and smoothly and professionally installed an exhaust system that sucks air with radon from under my slab and exhausts it above the roof. They answered all my questions. Everything was left clean. The fan is VERY quiet. And, best of all, the results of the post-mitigation test they provided have showed radon levels to be well under 2.0!

It took two good sized units to cover the entire areas, plus sump pump needed sealing and dirt floor under apartment needed heavy plastic and total sealing before air pump could be installed (that latter job was done by another contractor). System seems to be working as it should.

Excellent. In the beginning, Mr. Swett was a liitle slow in responding, which he attributed to a very busy schedule. However, our communications picked up, he answered all of my questions. I sent him photos of my basement (finished) and he gave me an estimate and we set an installment date and time. Mr. Leiva (technician) called me about 30 minutes before he arrived at the appointed time. Mr. Leiva, after surveying my basement, explained the best way to install the system. He and his assistant then promptly began working. Their work entailed working outside and inside, so as not to track dirt into the basement, they laid down a drop cloth leading from the basement entrance door to the inside work area. Mr. Leiva and his assistant were courteous and friendly. They did a very professional installation. Their work areas were left clean and the ducting and fan unit did not look out of place. They fit well with the contours of my basement and the siding of my house. I am pleased with my overall experience Mr. Swett, his assistant (Nikki) and technicians.

John Swett came and investigated our situation and was most helpful in explaining everything clearly. Price was competitive with other bids. Later the workers did a wonderful job! Arrived on time and worked diligently. They were a pleasure to meet. Things were explained very well and good suggestions were given and carried out. All of them were very professional, courteous, and caring about doing a good job. We highly recommend this company!

I called to make an appointment, I was told I would hear back from John in the next couple of days. I did not hear back so I called again and they said that he would call me back that afternoon. I did not hear back again, and I called one more time. Never heard back the final time. I understand that they are busy, but just tell me the truth that you can't get to me for several weeks or however long it may be. Extremely frustrating.

The demand for our services right now is unprecedented and overwhelming, and I have not been able to keep up with it. This has led to two "F"s on Angie's List in as many weeks, which is very disappointing for me, as we never did any work for either member. We strive to provide the best radon mitigation service to all our clients. Those who use us know well the quality of our work and our responsiveness to any questions or issues. Called to request a quote. Inspection was scheduled and tech came out on time. Verbal quote seemed reasonable, and tech said he would email back a formal quote shortly (and we verbally indicated we were inclined to get the work done). No email was ever sent. Calls to both the tech and the company itself have gone unanswered/messages not returned. It has been over 2 months and they just disappeared.

We have been swamped with more than 100 new inquiries per week since you contacted us on March 28th. I searched the email chain from Nikki and found only one other email from April 21st, which I never saw. Normally Nikki would call me as soon as a follow-up call from a client comes in asking about their proposal. Unfortunately, the email of April 21st was buried in dozens of others, and I just didn't see it. Nikki is extremely good at returning calls and responding to messages. I've found nothing from her other than the single email of April 21st, so I will find out what happened with the additional calls you made to our office, and take steps to ensure this does not happen in future. Although we strive to provide the best service possible to all, the past 2+ months have been unprecedented and pretty much unmanageable, with tremendous pressure being put on us by the real estate community, averaging more than 25 new inquiries per day, 7 days a week. Every inquiry is "urgent" with quick time frames for mitigation and retest results prior to settlement. I'm very sorry I did not see the email after your call on April 21st, otherwise I would have responded immediately.
