Rich was amazing! My husband and I just bought a new house and my mom uses Rich and raved about him and how good his work is. My carpet in the new home I thought I would have to replace which would have cost $$$ so my mom suggested rich and so glad that I went that way. He made our carpet look almost new ! My kitchen tile were also in need of some TLC. He cleaned then and sealed them to keep them looking new. I highly recommend Rich. Dont know if you can tell from the photo but there was a really darken area in middle of carpet from wear and tear +/- pet wear. It looked completely improved after rich finished

Excellent service and great quality work. A leaky window led to a soaked carpet and the need for mild remediation in the wall. After the mild was gone, the wall was rebuilt in great time, the rug cleaned and sanitized all at very reasonable prices. I would definitely use them again.

We knew Rich from when he came to clean our carpets a couple of years ago. We called him this time following a flooding of our basement through water that had seeped through the windows during heavy rain. The water had run along the wall and soaked the carpet in the main room of the basement. Rich came promptly and took action immediately to prevent the growth of mold on the walls and the carpet. He was able to identify areas of high wetness, including areas that were not visibly wet, and by doing this, he really saved us from mold growth inside the walls. He and his crew worked tirelessly and quickly to open the walls, lift the carpet, remove the underlay, dry everything and later on, repair and make good. The work is now finished and the basement looks brand new, including the carpet, which Rich cleaned thoroughly in the end. Rich went above and beyond to accomodate our schedule, work with our insurance company and budget. His professionalism and knowledge are amazing and he is a pleasure to work with. He and his crew are very neat and have a great attitude. We highly recommend this top quality business.

Mycarpetcleaning does a great job in so many ways. Our 2 buildings are 5 years old and we have used this company exclusively during the last 4 years. They are very responsive to our needs. When an area of the carpet was soiled, they came right over and cleaned that area. They do great work. We will continue to use them.

Rich and his team were superb from my first contact with them. Rich was always thinking about how he could do the best job at the least possible cost to me. We looked at another repair company that was charging a similar price, but the service Rich provided far exceeded anything the other company offered (and I'm sure the quality was far superior). I would absolutely go to Rich again. Rich and his team placed new carpet pad, repaired where carpet had been damaged/cut, re-layed the carpet, and fully cleaned the entire carpet (and all the tile in the basement as well). Great work, start to finish!!!

He also gave us advice about how to keep our rugs and carpets clean without trying to sell us any products or additional services. This is the second time I have used My Carpet Cleaning Service. The first time was for a few rooms on the main floor but this time was for a move-out cleaning for the entire house. Rich did a great job and made the carpets look great again! He is always up front with pricing and ensures he explains the process thoroughly so there are no misunderstandings. I even had a piece of large furniture still sitting in one of the rooms and he was able to move it so that he could clean the carpets underneath and didn't complain about it at all. What more can you ask for? Very happy with the service I received and the new tenants in the house I just moved out of requested the name of the carpet cleaning service I used because they were so impressed with how great the carpets looked. If that's not a glowing review, I don't know what is.

Rich is incredibly responsive, professional, and knows his stuff. I sent an email late one night after discovering water in our basement from one of the heavy storms. Rich called early the next morning and found a way to fit us in by 1pm that day. He came prepared, gave me a comprehensive assessment and price, and had our basement drying by the afternoon. He has brought the same professionalism, responsiveness, and quality/pride of workmanship to all of the follow-up. He has also provided valuable advice about how to prevent these issues going forward. I hope I won't need to use his water remediation services anymore, but I will definitely use his carpet cleaning services again.

Excellent. Punctual, the carpets were in a terrible state and now they are looking new. Spots were treated and now completely disappeared. This was the finishing touch and they delivered. Putting the house on the market and the carpet cleaning was badly needed. I would recommend this company for carpet cleaning, floods and any professional cleaning.

Wonderfully! Rich, who is the owner, does or oversees the work himself, and he not only has the right equipment and a wealth of knowledge based on many years of experience, but he is wonderful to work with. Professional to a fault, he explains what he is doing and why, and is cheerful and sometimes humorous. He has been my first (and only) choice for carpet and upholstery cleaning for at least 10 years and I would recommend him to anyone in a minute.

When it snowed pretty heavily, and the hallway carpeting had a lot of dirt and road salt stains from everyone's boots plus it was smelling a bit musky. We have wall to wall carpeting on both the 2nd and 4th floor hallways and it was a complete mess. Called this company and WOW. The hallway carpets are looking brand new, not only that but they were completely dry after the cleaning, they vacuumed after all the cleaning which made the process a lot faster. Really happy with their service and the price that they gave us! Would not only use again but would recommend to anyone who needs their services! A+ job and friendly/reliable people!

Let me first say that our rugs were dirty and the tile filthy. We have two big dogs and one little dog who have done their worst to the rugs and the tile in the family room. Our girls have brought in lots of dirt over the past 10 years. Mopping just didn’t cut it. I tried a steam cleaner and it didn’t touch the ground in dirt. If you lifted the corner of the rug you could see just how dirty the tile was. Rich came in and cleaned it all up (and made friends with the girls). We watched as the carpets came back to life and the tile returned to its original color. We were very happy with Rich and the work he did. We will definately use him again!

Rich was responsive to my initial request and came out to provide an estimate two days later. He had very helpful suggestions and made the whole experience stress-free. On the cleaning day, Rich came with his colleague, Mark, and the two of them did a very efficient job of cleaning four carpets we'd discussed (Rich also offered to clean a small wool child's rug for no charge - we would not have invested in it, but he wanted to make sure it looked nice). After Rich's work on the kitchen floor, we are seeing patterns in the tile that had been invisible for the last few years! The carpets look fantastic and new! Rich made it very clear that he would come back to address any issues that we might have; I noticed a very faint spot on our bedroom carpet (not even noticeable before the cleaning), and Rich was back within a few days to spot-treat the discoloration. Now, everything looks terrific, and we are leaving our shoes by the front door! I found Rich through my neighborhood listserv, where he is a local hero -- he lived up to his reputation. I would highly recommend Rich to anyone who wants their carpets cleaned for a fair price. As an aside, Rich and Mark have very pleasant (funny) personalities, and it was very comfortable having them in the house while they performed the cleaning services.
