Easy to schedule, they were here early, very polite, and got right to work. They did a great job. Make sure you are completely clear with them about what you want (and maybe also what you don't want) - they did a few things I'd have preferred they hadn't, but I should have been clearer. Would hire again.

The work went very well and was pleased with it. The only problem was that the final payment was taken from my bank account without notification of the final bill, even though it was stated on the invoice that payment would be applied to the credit card on file within 30 days. My payment was taken before 30 days. I was planning on using a different credit card.

This is the line that shows on the approved estimate from you, "NOTE: all estimates accepted require a 50% deposit in order to schedule the work. Also, once the work is done the final payment is automatically charged on the credit card used for the deposit." We don't give a 30 day window for payment because we need to pay the crew that performed the services, however please accept our apologies for using an incorrect card. They were on time and brought enough people to finish the job in two days. They were also able to notice a few potential issues and we solved them as an addendum to the job (rotting tree sloping land). A year later and my lawn still looks good...with their bi-weekly grass-cutting of course.

It went swimmingly well the consultant was very helpful her advice was very agreeable to both my pocket and backyard. Her suggestion to plant trees at the bottom of the slope in my backyard never occurred to me. The trees are both beautiful and functional they provide a natural curtain of privacy between my backyard and my neighbor's yard while holding the slope in place. The workers were punctual and went right to work finishing within the short time the consultant promised. Very pleased very relieved. No more weeds on the hill and a beautiful backdrop of gorgeous cypress trees.

I was not satisfied with the quality of their work. Based on the landscaping company I had used in the past, they did not measure up. I spoke with her and they did come back to take care of some of the issues but I would not hire them again.

The company was very responsive to my request and scheduled an appointment to meet with the designer. Lily, the designer, arrived on time and was attentive and observant. She proposed an idea for the yard's design that was quite appealing. She offered suggestions to complete my incomplete ideas which left me excited, for the first time in a very long time, about the attractiveness and curb appeal of my home. Following the consultation, I received a rendering of her proposal. Lily worked with me, answered all my questions, and provided photos of gardens that had the "feel" of my project. The crew arrived and tackled my unkempt yard removing weeds, old mulch material and soil to make way for the 3 inches of pea gravel, edging and new mulch! They even tidied up my crepe myrtle and repurposed the river rock at the curbside (I thought those stones would be trashed!). The transformation gave my home an instant "facelift"! I can't wait to begin my container gardening which is the finishing touch that Lily inspired. I would definitely use MA Landscape & Design again!

Went great. They planted numerous 6-8' arborvitae and leyland cypress, as well as re-planted a couple of large shrubs I had in the yard, and moved our shed. They did an excellent job, and were the best priced of all the estimates I got . They were also the most responsive of the companies I got estimates from, and Lily was always quick to get back to me to schedule and to answer questions.

The company is disorganized. For the first couple of weeks after booking their services, they kept showing up to the wrong property for lawn services. I had to constantly monitor the workers because they would move things in the yard, blocking my gate from opening. They would sometimes show up within days of each service. They damaged my neighbors wild flowers and made excuses when I asked them to refund or replace them! The workers are not knowledgeable about plants or lawns; they just show up and cut no latter of the lawn needs it or not. The last time they came, I had no growth on my lawn and they came to try and cut anyway. Even after texting the company, she still tried to charge me for the cut when it wasn’t needed and I had also reported it right when they got to my property. Very unprofessional company. Too much effort to monitor their work. Would not recommend.

The supervisor and one of his workers worked very hard. The third worker was on his phone a lot at one point standing in the street on his phone for 20 minutes. I went out and asked if he needed anything and he did not. I asked why he wasn't in the backyard helping his supervisor and he made excuses. I did call the main office an report the issue but received arguments from the female answering the phone. Their office assumed it was the supervisor not working but once they talked to the supervisor they realized it was one of the workers and did call me to apologize. Photo attached. I did not receive a discount and the fees were really high compared to amazon. The only difference is they did take the trash bags and limbs with them. However, this wasn't a big deal to me as my trash pickup takes them for free. I wouldn't pay extra for a company to take the bags of weeds and limbs in the future. The fee to remove weeds and limb was built into the price and not negotiable.

The scheduler Lily was exceptionally helpful, with quick scheduling and communication. The crew, headed by Juan, showed up as expected, covered as much as 3 men could cover in 2 hours, and did a good job. I am very-very happy with this provider and will definitely use them again.
