The representatives were very helpful and good to deal with in times of need. Prices were good if you are Jewish - they have a contract with the Jewish Funeral Practice committee for a fixed rate (although you can option things to kingdom come) and it doesn't allow very much flexibility for certain things. Make sure you check with your house of worship to see if they have any kind of deal with the funeral home. We appreciated their professionalism and responsiveness. It is definitely a small business - website and email was working sporadically when we were there so had to resort to faxes.

This is a nice, decent company. They provided a nice service and did it right. They helped with all the details and were very courteous. They complied with any requests I made. I was pleased with the service.
