My parents used this company and passed their information to me due to the fact that they had decent prices. I contacted them and had them aerate and overseed. They told me they would be able to come the following week and I said that's perfect because we wanted to put topsoil down in certain areas over the weekend. Two days later (a Friday), unannounced, they show up and start unloading equipment. I had to turn them away and they could come back the next week. We finished what we needed to over the weekend and let them know they could come by anytime. They came back (unannounced but that was fine because we were out of town and seemed to have done a good job with my parents so i had their recommendation) and aerated and seeded. When we came back home two days later, I walked the yard and noticed they only worked on the front yard. It's VERY clear what areas get aerated and there was NO evidence of that any part of the backyard had been touched. I let our contact know and sent pictures (you can zoom in and tell it was not aerated), he said he would send someone back and do the missed area; I even asked that he gives me a heads up so I can make sure I was home to ensure they did everything correctly. Well, they came by this morning, unannounced. I was not able to make it outside before they had already "finished" and left. To my surprise, they still missed many areas. I took new pictures, sent them over. Again, you can zoom in on the pictures and clearly tell those areas were not touched. He argued that it wasn't part of the lawn and was a pile of weeds (yes, there are weeds... there are currently weeds all over our yard). There were NO weeds in those areas the first time they came as we had cleared them all and put down top soil to prep for the seed. I called the guy and it got heated and he said he would only come to even take a look if I paid extra; I was not going to give this company any additional money so I declined and decided to just do it myself. Rent an aerator, buy seed, etc... on top of his bill. Save yourself money and multiple headaches by using another company or doing it yourself. Additionally, all of this could have been avoided if I had received a message saying "Hey, we're coming by tomorrow morning."

Horribly inconsistent, never came on a consistent schedule. Then overcharged to trim 2 bushes once (195 to trim bushes). Did not communicate this prior to the job, just sent an invoice. If you need your lawn cut in Montgomery county, go with someone else. This company is not very organized. I would recommend anyone else, they are not worth the hassle.

Very professional, good communication with ZAck. The crew worked like magical Elves and the lawn looked manicured when they finished. Will continue to use their services!!!

I am not fussy or high maintenance about my lawn. I do not care if someone edges it, or if it is half weeds. I just do not want it so tall the neighbors complain. I was charged for several days they never showed up. Looking at another review site, that is not uncommon with them. The owner argued with me on the phone, then took off some of the charges, but not all. Communication with him was poor. I requested less frequent mowing (from once a week to every other week, because my lawn is growing very slowly) and prices jumped from $30 to $45 with no warning. I only found out when the bill came. Lastly, the grass was cut far too short, which is not good for it.

Yard looks good, they were fast. Easy to book. Would recommend to neighborhood.
