The company was excellent from quote to finish. The quote was precise and clear so there was no confusion, it also included some options of my choice. It was timely and reasonable in all regards. The work team was every bit the excellent team. They were polite, hard working and shown to be extremely familiar with all tasks required. They were prompt each day and left everything clean. They were communicative if something may need more definition but there was little questioning. I couldn't ask for any better result. I am delighted with Eligent floor services

Great experience working with Steve and Evan through sales and financing. Julian and Team did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors. All pet scratches were removed and the coor came out exactly how we expected.

Great estimate. Actually came out in person to provide estimate. After hiring them, they sent a top notch team to do the refinishing. Beautiful job!

I was unable to communicate with the crew that came to my home - neither of the two were bilingual as stated in list of credits on the home page for Angi. Within a week after the work was done I called them to ask for someone to evaluate their work and point out some concerns. The owner, Steve White, agreed to come out that week. Appointment came but not Mr. White. He never called to reschedule nor did he return my numerous calls. I eventually had to call the Office of Consumer Affairs. Only after being notified about my complaint did Mr. White call. When he did come out he blamed me and my dog for the blemishes on the floor. By the time he came out more than two months had passed since completion of the and the missed follow up appointment. When asked why he didnt reschedule our first appointment his only response was **appointments are missed**? When my wife joined our conversation he responded rudely to her in an attempt to dismiss her by saying he only wanted to talk to one person. Mr. White has no clue what good customer service means once he has been paid. His company has a history of complaints with Consumer Affairs.

We had a good overall experience with no issues or problems to report. We are satisfied with the outcome. There were some language barriers with the worker bees but we were able to navigate around them successfully.

They were quick to respond, very professional, and very thorough. Others may have been cheaper but this team was very impressive and they did a GREAT job on very old beat up floors. The floors now sparkle and everyone comments how gorgeous they are!

Excellent job

We had an agreement on scope of work to be done. That was breached when crew walked off the job. I tried to confirm what stain to purchase, they said oil based, but the crew refused and walked off the job site.

Poor quality. Promised to match the existing color, but did not.

Overall a nice job. A bit more expensive than another quote we received, but it was worth having the piece of mind the work would be done correctly.
