ABS did an exceptional job in getting the job done on time and within budget. They went average and beyond in assisting us with communications with the insurance company.

Replaced rotted wood. Replaced and moved 6x6 deck post, and put put down shingles that looked much like the original roof.

I had a shingle roof repair completed recently. Not a large project, so they did the repair when other projects were also nearby. Made it easy not to ha e to be available on an unknown repair date. Did great work! Would absolutely hire in the future.

BLUF: INFLATED PRICING The owner of the company was not very receptive to listening to the customers description of the problem previously assessed by other company. He refused to get on top of the roof to assess the needed repairs. I paid my down payment by credit card. The technician later arrived and could not diagnose the leak over the garage. The technician disagreed with the owner's assessment. The owner increased the original quote with a change order by $950. He stated he was giving me a break and normally would not accept the job for less than $1400-$1700. Red flag... At the time, the owner agreed to no additional charges for materials to repair over the porch. The technician returned and removed 10-15 shingles and installed a rubber flashing above the garage. The owner stated no additional charge for work over the garage. The work was completed. I contested the inflated amount of $950. The owner stated he didn't know what work the technician completed, I just pay my guys to do the work. You pay me for information and completing the job. I asked what supplies where purchased. He didn't know and advised me to call the technician. The owner was argumentative, disrespectful, and unprofessional. During a later phone call with the technician, the owner changed his position and now stated the charges were for porch repairs, materials, and transportation to three (3) locations to pick up supplies. This was never mentioned in previous conversations. My credit card was charged $750 without my authorization for the remaining negotiated balance. I called again and heard whispering as the owner was transferring the phone to his wife. She did not volunteer that she had already charged my card. I believe they were conspiring to charge my card again. I would not recommend this company to anyone and highly recommend HomeAdvisor to remove them from listings.

The company owner was very helpful with the work that needed to be done.My roof was leaking so he gave us photos of before and after. The only thing that I notice was nails on the very peak of the roof and looking at photos of rooftops that I looked at did not have nails .on the top. I am not a roofer however I checked other photos and didn't new any.

Very Please with the workmanship, and the speed at which it was completed. They quoted one day and the next day the roof was fixed. Thank you

From start to finish everyone was very professional. Mr. & Mrs Ross are very personable. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. The price was very fair and reasonable. Mr. Ross came out himself and assessed my roof and knew immediately what needed to be done to fix the leak. He and his wife remained in contact with me and made the process seamless. Within 48 hours my roof was repaired! I highly recommend using Advanced Building Services. I will definitely refer customers to them and if I have any future roofing needs they are the ones I will call for the job.

We hired ABS to replace a roof on a large shed, as our house's roof was fine. They matched the main roof color perfectly, and put a beautiful architectural-style roof on the shed with a small crew in a half-day of work. They cleaned-up thoroughly and the workers were easy to deal with. We recommend highly based on our experience.

I completely love these guys. Not only were they extremely professional but they also walked me through any questions I had. Completely amazing business.
