RSA Paving

Rich Stanley was a pleasure to work with. The primary work I needed done was to repair about 100' of a loop at the end of my driveway which was breaking up. I also asked him for estimates on several other smaller jobs, and when I indicated that the cost was more than it was worth to me, he gave me less expensive options to accomplish my goals, which I greatly appreciated. Everything was professionally done and completed in a couple of hours. I was surprised at the number of men and pieces of equipment that came to do this relatively small job. Rich was the low cost bidder by quite a bit (and he also provided an estimate for my neighbors which was also the lowest cost by quite a bit). The only problem I had was that I the phone numberI initially had was for RSA's answering service (I may have gotten this from the web site). While they eventually got me to Mary, and Mary got me the information I needed from RIch, this was somewhat frustrating. Once I got the right phone numbers for Mary (and Rich) things moved much more quickly. I would definitely use RSA for any future paving needs and highly recommend them.

It went great. When I called them for an estimate, the owner told me he would go out and take a look. I didn't have to be there. He did and gave me an estimate he called and followed with a written estimate/ work order by email {the only contractor to do so}. They showed up at time scheduled and did a great job. After looking at some similar jobs in the neighborhood, I'm glad I hired RSA. They were not cheapest, about 10% higher than one estimate, but still reasonable, but was the most responsive. I'm very pleased with the job and it appears to be holding up very well. {I'll try an upload photos later}

I was in desperate need of a new driveway , I called RSA Paving and set A meeting up for an estimate . They came out and showed up on time ( actually 5 minutes early ) and provided a free estimate . I accepted the price and I could not be more Happy , it turned out Beautiful and I would recommend RSA Paving

The project began on time and was completed on the same day. They also did a really good job of cleaning up after themselves. Very professional, great results I would Hire them for any and all of my paving needs 

I contacted 8 paving companies for quotes to repair and upgrade a flood damaged driveway. 

RSA replied right away.  Inspected the driveway and responded with a written quote.  Some of the other companies responded with higher and lower prices but communications with them was spotty.  After seeing the job in progress, I'm positive I received my money's worth for sure. 

It was a difficult job to set 5 tons of culvert pipe next to existing for a double barrel going under my driveway.  It was very important to set the pipe properly and straight.  RSA did an outstanding job. 

This activity required several calls to RSA to arrange for the delivery of 3 foot X 8 class 4 pipe. 5 tons of it.  RSA ALWAYS rreturned my calls within 24 hours.  RSA requested a schedule change to an earlier date to avoid rain.  They were spot on.

They showed up ON TIME and all the staff were polite and professional. 

I've had 3 driveways paved in my time.  I have never experienced this level of professionalism. 

I'm sure they are very busy.  Be patient, you will be glad.

Other than a 3 month weather induced gap between establishing the new grade and base, and the actual paving (got too cold to pave), everything went very well. We were able to use the driveway with the base material all winter with no problem. Very professional and skilled team. Fellow on the bobcat was amazing to watch. Grade they established was perfect and finished driveway looks and works great!

Rich and his team showed up on time at 8:30am as promised smiling and ready to work. We went over the details of the project once more and his men got to work immediately. As they began leveling the ground I had a change of heart regarding placement of a retaining wall and the guys were easy going and receptive of my changes. Rich even added a coat of sealant to my existing driveway to diminish the appearance of two differently done driveways which looks great!  The pavement was done correctly and with attention to detail to even ensure proper water drainage. I was very satisfied with the outcome and would recommend RSA paving to anyone looking to add an addition to their home driveway.

Rich and his team did an exceptional job on our parking pad expansion.  He called me a couple of times throughout the day with various options and executed the job flawlessly.  His price was a bit higher than other quotes but it's clear that his reputation and and execution warrant a premium. I would use RSA again for my paving needs.

Richard and his staff were very responsive when setting up the estimate and appointment, especially given that I was out of the country and needed to coordinate via email mainly. Work was delayed several times due to weather, and the team always kept me informed of the changes and the new schedule. They completed to work in one day (on New Year's Eve) and it looks fantastic. Ernie ran the team who did the work - he was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he went out of his way to ensure the work was completed in one day during the appropriate weather patterns...seems the plant was planning to close early for NY Eve, but he was able to get the material to finish the job regardless. I highly recommend this company.

Very quick with coming out for estimate.  Provided detailed explanation and rational for all planned work.  Responsive and professional with additional follow-up questions.  Prompt arrival on day of service, quickly completed work, and fully cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day.  Entire job was done is less than 6 hours.  Extremely happy with RSA Paving from start to finish!

They did a great job. I got estimates from 7 service providers and they were the most professional, positive, and cost effective.

It cost less than the original estimate, which made them the low bidder. They were on time and got it done with minimal intervention on my part. Rich, the owner, is funny and friendly. Looks good! They book up well in advance, but are worth the wait.

Rick and team were very professional. They accommodated my timing given the urgent need to complete this in July. Received several compliments on the work done from neighbors and family.
Driveway is essentially new with right height/thickness.
Very happy with service and was able to schedule and discuss issues and job remotely even with my travel schedule.

Rich and his crew arrived promptly at 9:30 and the work was completed 6 hours later. The bed was rebuilt with new foundation and 2 pvc drain pipes to drain, asphalt was applied to that area as well as the rest of the driveway. It was a difficult area to work in because of the wall surrounding the driveway on 2 sides and the 3 car garage on the third but nothing was damaged and the job was done professionally as well as clean up. I was given post job instructions as to when I could drive back on the driveway. Rich will return in a few months to check that the drain is set where it is supposed to after the asphalt has had time to cure. He represents his company well and is enthusiastic and hard working and appreciative of the business. Can't get better than that!
