Bryan was extremely responsive and helpful, explaining what they were doing and going to do with the process. They were done quick and expert install! We had hot water shortly after turning the new heater on and we could finally have nice hot showers when we needed them! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

They weren't the highest rated company on my list, I took a chance. WOW!! They were on time. Which is very important to me. They explained exactly what they were going to do. They were all business got the job done a lot quicker than I though. They were $300 cheaper for same product from another company. Modern Plumbing is on my SPEED DIAL for all my plumbing needs.

We had Brian out to replace our hot water heater several months ago. We recommended him to a local friend and Brian stopped over while he was in the area to address some other plumbing related issues we were having. We will continue to refer him and have him out for future work.

Brian came out to replace my water heater and take care of several other smaller jobs that I needed to take care of. He was one of the few that I was able to find who is willing to come out to provide me an estimate, which I greatly appreciated. Brian took the time to show us the issue, fix, and how to work the equipment.

We did not have hot water which also gives us heat. I used Home Advissor to search for a plumber and Brian called immediatlly and cam to the house within the hour. He assessed the poblem and got us hot water until he could come back to fix the problem permantly. When he came back he fixed the mixing valve leak and the burner issue without replacing the whole water heater as the manufacturer suggested for a 7 year old waer heater when he called to get a part number needed for the repair. He went over and above to get the part the same day and fix our issue. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I will definately call him for any future plumbing needs we have.

I thought it was the hot water tank going up. Turns out it was the diverter in the shower. Brian told me what part I needed from Kohler, they sent it for free and Brian installed it right away. Great service.

Brian was able to come out the same day we decided to go with them (had a cancellation). He and Bill arrived on time and finished the water heater replacement in about 2 hours. Everything was cleaned up (better than they found it) and things are working great. They beat the other quotes I received and provided extensive detail on what they would provide. He also followed up with an email that allowed us to ask all the right questions while working with the other companies providing quotes. A very likable guy that I will definitely use again.

He called within an hour of my request on a Sunday. He was at my house Monday at 9 AM an the water heater was installed and the area cleaned by Noon. Also very reasonable prices. Great job I will use them again
