At the end, I was deciding between All Aspects Waterproofing and Triad Basement Waterproofing. Though Triad would have been able to start the job sooner (March 28th vs. April 2nd), All Aspects was able to provide a more competitive price and set of services overall (their price with window well taps was less than Triad's without).
After signing the contract, my installation date was moved however the company was able to change the install date back to the originally planned date after I explained the impact the new date would have on the other projects taking place in my home.
The project went off without a hitch. The crew leader for my project was Evail Monroy. He and his team were extremely efficient and took the time to explain any parts of the project about which I had questions. Also, though I had been warned they might need to destroy a custom built-in cabinet in the basement in order to install the system, Evail's team was able to remove the complete cabinet without any damage prior to the installation. They had similar regard for the window well covers which were somewhat old and I suspected would fall apart when removed. Happily, the team was able to remove and replace the covers without any issues.

UPDATE:
I've now had the system in place for a few weeks. The area in my yard where the pump is discharging has become something of a swamp. I called All Aspects to see if they could resolve the issue. They are willing to extend the line to an area where it would leave the yard without issues for an additional $500. Their typical discharge length is 6 feet from the home and mine was already run an additional 5 feet when installed, so I see how they feel they've met their contractual service obligation.
I'm thinking over this offer as I research other options. A note to others who have large backyards: when you have your system installed, think carefully about where All Aspects will be discharging your water. You may want to see how much they will charge you to run the line further before purchasing the system. You'll likely get a better deal when they're trying to close on the sale or still on site.
"Thank you and it was a pleasure to work for you."
solution. He did not try to oversell us or push us. . He was very professional and thorough. We gave him the okay at
time of estimate. His crew arrived as promised. They were extremely efficient and had a great attitude and work ethic.
They worked neatly and together. As a matter of fact, when the Fairfax County inspector came for his final inspection
he complimented them on their neatness and quality job. We were nothing short of impressed. While we haven't
had a serious rainfall since installation, we are confident that we can once again enjoy our finished basement and
not worry about flooding again. The company was on Angie's list...once again a great addition.
"THANK YOU"
So far we have had a moderate amount of rain and no issues. I'll certainly know more with spring rain on the way and will try and update this report. Based on what I know now, I couldn't recommend them more highly.
I also have one more positive thing to say All Aspects: When they originally came in and gave me an estimate, the salesman said that they'd have to tear up a part my finished bathroom to install in that area. When the workers came, they made it sound like the bathroom was going to be damaged quite a bit more than originally estimated. So after speaking with them and customer service agent further, they decided to just dig under the bathroom floor to install the drain. This saved me hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars and so far, I think it worked. Plus, All Aspects assured me that if this didn't fix the water issue in the bathroom, they's come back and properly dig up the area at no additional cost. Awesome!
They did forget to plug the "drain hole to nowhere" in the floor. But came out and remedied it within a couple days and were very apologetic.
The 2nd sump that they installed looks great, works fine and even has a water sensor on it, which my old one does not.
The work was scheduled within a couple of weeks. The workers were very punctual and did a great job. They were very careful to keep our house clean, even while jack-hammering our basement floor and carrying the debris through the finished basement, through the yard, and out to their truck in buckets. They hung up plastic sheeting to contain the dust and mess in the area they were working in. They did as little damage to the outside as possible and left the area fairly clean, considering the extensive and messy work that was done.
We selected All Aspects based mostly on reviews on Angie's List and we were not disappointed. I would highly recommend this company for any waterproofing work.

"Thank you for your rating and support."
The workers showed up on time and did the work efficiently. It was all done in a day. They put up heavy plastic on the walls; my boyfriend (who was home at the time) said it looked like a scene from E.T. I wish they had told us that they would be stapling the plastic sheets to the drywall. After they were done, they left a bunch of staples in the walls and even had stapled the wooden feet of our sofa. However, I still give them A's all around because the foreman came out on Saturday morning after we called Friday night about the staples and removed them all and patched the holes. They also apologized profusely for the staples in our sofa and offered a solution that worked for us. I doubt they will make that mistake again. Overall, they were very professional and besides the staples, they did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves well, all for a very reasonable price. Hopefully we won't have more problems with our basement, but if we do, we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
