They were very professional and organized. They explained everything they were going to do. They started on the job immediately. They cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the work was done very well.

I first called on a the Friday of July 4th weekend and not surprisingly they were closed. I received a call first thing on Monday morning and was able to scheule the estimate within days. We scheduled the work.Work included a perimeter drain inside the basement, put  a new sump pump inside the basement, installed a box drain at the bottom of the stairs leading into hte basement and a speedwell drain just inside the basement door. they obtained the permits, scheduled the inspection and were present when the inspector arrived.
Chito the supervisor and his crew were polite and worked steadily. Communication was excellent. Chito saw a problem with the previous sump pump discharge outlet which was leading to additional basement flooding and suggested we make a change. I liked his forward thinking. They did a great job cleaning up.
We are happy with the system installed, it even looks good!

All Aspect Waterproofing came out to do a thorough inspection. (I was able to be there.) He looked in all the interior and exterior spaces and was never able to find any evidence of water damage or any other signs of water problems. Furthermore, the day he came out, there was heavy rain in the early morning and there was no evidence of water. He said our basement was dry. He had confirmed our thoughts our tenants were "misleading" us and didn't even charge us for the visit. VERY TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY and I would strongly recommend them to anyone!

Very impressed with the guy who came out.  No work done yet, but if I do put a catch basin as I'd wanted, I will use these people.

Rusty arrived well within the scheduled time frame to install (for a previously agreed upon estimate of $150.00) a back-up sump pump that I had already purchased. However during his initial examination of our existing primary sump pump he discovered it was not working. He offered to replace it with a new one he had in his truck for $629.00. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very professional & completed both installs in less than 1.5 hrs. You can probably imagine my surprise when he presented me with a bill for much less than I expected after the Angie's List discount, especially after I had received an estimate from another company that wanted $750.00 just to install the back-up pump!!! I will definitely use this company again & recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Not only was Rusty exceptional, the office reps were always friendly & accommodating when I called. All in all, a top notch company!

I got them from Angie’s List. They were extremely good.  They were professional and I was very happy with their work.  They were less expensive than the other company that initially came out.  I have not been down there, but it is working.  They kept everything nice and clean.

We had a terrific experience with All Aspects.  Zeek accommodated our schedule, patiently answered all our questions, and provided a detailed written estimate that was within our budget.  Other companies wanted to do much more work (for much more money), but All Aspects did only the work necessary to correct the problem.  The work crew was punctual, professional, and very capable.  They were able to complete the job in one day and did an amazing job of cleaning up - other than the one bush they needed to cut down, you could not tell that someone had dug a huge hole next to the side of our house!  We recommend them highly and would use them again.

It was great.  On time, professional service men.  Very polite and efficient.  They arrived on time and finished on time.  They reviewed what they were doing and had us inspect the work.  When finished, they reviewed the whole process.  They restored my outside area where they had to dig and it doesn't look like anything was disturbed.  The basement area where they did work was completely cleaned up.  Most importantly, we have had several downpours and I have no water in the basement, not even a drop.

The project was excellent.  Jeff provided a thorough explanation with the price quote.  He, and everyone else with All Aspects was very responsive.  They did what they said they were going to do.  The crew was hard-working, polite, friendly, and did a thorough job of cleaning up.  They were able to start the project in a timely manner, and they finished when they estimated that they'd be done.  I was very pleased with their services.

Overall, very very good.  I called and got a prompt response - was able to meet at my house with a representative of the company within 24 hours who spent over an hour discussing the problem, discussing options, and going over prices.  That same representative came back to go over most of it again with my wife and I and to sign the contract to get things moving.
Would note that they charge a flat fee for certain amounts of distance (ie: based on our timing, we could only do the laundry room, which was 19 ft long, but paid for a full 30ft - that was non-negotiable).
Job start date was scheduled for 10 June -- and they started as promised / on time. Job was estimated to take 2 days, and took 2 days.
Job foreman answered all my questions, and their reps were readily available by phone.  Work looks great and everything is working as discussed in the initial contract meeting.
Notably, when they reinstalled the washer and dryer, there was a gas smell -- which AAWP then paid to have a tech come out the following day to install new gas valve to the dryer -- at their expense (total for that was $400).
Only thing they didn't do was reconnect the slop sink -- which is stone and couldnt sit on teh concrete while it cures.
I can't comment on how fair their price was -- i just picked the top rated firm (they had 31 A's when i pulled them up on Angies List) -- but I'd use these guys again.

They were very good. They gave a (25) year transferable warranty on their work, which I like. The area that was dug out was left very clean and they put everything back in its place. You couldn't even tell any digging was done.

Setting up appointment required a bit of phone tag, but both parties (me and All Aspects) were persistent, and within 24 hrs of my first call we'd made a consultation appt.  Jeff showed up almost precisely at the appointed time.  He was friendly and professional.  He quickly sized up overall basement situation (the problem was unfortunately located in the finished portion of the basement, but he looked around in other areas just to make sure).  Using an instrument he was able to determine no moisture behind drywall (whew - dodged a bullet there!).  He drew me a cross-section schematic to illustrate the possible problem sources and remedies for each.  He also pointed out that my sump which is always dry is not really doing anything (artifact of how builders build them).  Together we moved a bunch of clutter out of the way so he could more thoroughly assess the floor situation.  He pulled the carpet back from about half the room to determine the scope of the moisture.  He assessed condition of carpet tack strips along front wall (no mold, no rust on tacks & nails) to confirm water was not coming from walls or floor/wall seam.  He quickly converged on root cause hypothesis (leaky dehumidifier) which I was able to confirm by talking to another family member who knew how long it had been on.  No need for sealing walls or trenching concrete floor (another bullet dodged - though need to replace carpet).  No charge for visit.  I am happy to recommend this business to anyone who needs this type of service.

Super-professional. The estimator - Zeke - was on-time, very informative, didn't push. The crew was terrific. Moved some heavy things that I couldn't have moved myself, covered everything with heavy plastic, kept everything clean and as dust-free as possible with a huge exhaust fan vented out a window. They were extremely hard-working. It rained the second day and those poor guys were out in the rain all day, hauling out debris, shoveling gravel into buckets to carry into the basement, and later, mixing the concrete and hauling it into the basement. It was hard to watch my poor house getting major surgery as they jack-hammered through the concrete, but two days later, it was all done with a very neat and level concrete patch covering the trench. Crew boss Frankie was terrific.
Also, because the house is built on a hill, they were able to run the drain to the outside rather than installing a sump pump. When you live in the DC area, you know that the power goes out all the time. Even on clear, windless days. Nearly always when there is a thunder storm. So relying on a sump pump means either having to have a generator or a back-up battery. Plus listening to the noise of the pump - which would have been installed below the master bedroom - all night long.
Obviously, I won't know if this system has done the job of keeping my basement dry for a number of weeks, after the old moisture dries out and we've had rain. However, I read a number of engineering websites (in other words, people who don't SELL these systems) and all concur that if done properly, this system is effective. Keeping my fingers crossed!

The inspector who gave me the estimate and who came when the crew arrived was thorough and pleasant.  I was told that they would empty the closet for me ( no small job) and pull the washer, dryer and sink away from the wall. They did this and unhooked/disconnected  them. The crew were pleasant and very clean. They came and went through the basement door. At one point I had to move a few heavy pots to clear the access. A crew member helped me  and also willingly moved all of them to a designated spot outside and up some stairs. I was very grateful for this extra help. The job was completed in one day, although the time estimate  was two days - a nice surprise.  The only problem was the situating of the supplemental pump which hadn't been planned ahead of time.  Fortunately this was resol ved.  Before leaving,  a crew member pointed out a water pipe that was sweating in the area where the work was done which could add moisture to the room. He suggested that I insulate it .  The washer, dryer and laundry sink could not be moved back at that time as the cement  had to dry.  When I called in two days to ask for this to be done, I was told that this is not their normal procedure, but they would still do this as soon as they had an available worker in a few days. This was a surprise to me as I assumed that I wouldn't be left with appliancesand a sink I couldn't move or hook up. However before I hung up someone in the background said he could do it the following day.
The best part is the man came the following day at the scheduled time, and moved and hooked up the appliances. In doing this he found a leaking hose on the sink. He did not have a replacement  but went right away to a hardware store  a half mile away, bought a new one and replaced it. Did not charge me for the hose. Apparently someone had also told him about the sweating pipe  and he insulated this with insulation he had with him. (clearly not part of the original job)  The long term results from the work done will have to await the test of time.  I am very pleased with this  company in general.  They were very prompt both in returning calls and arriving on time.  Everyone I spoke to and interacted with was  pleasant. I like that  they went the extra mile for me..

My basement flooded due to my sump pump and Battery back up sump failure. After water mitigation team came in and removed the water I called All Aspects Waterproof company. They sent someone out immediately to a**** the situation, He was very knowledgeable. My Main sump pump that failed was only 14 months old and under warranty(with a different company). After this being the 3rd sump pump failing on me without another minute of thought I asked to have a new one installed with a second one. I will continue to use All Aspects Waterproofing company.

"Our inspector spent several hours with the member diagnosing this problem, going as far as removing drywall, for the member, to better see issues behind the wall board. It was determined that the interior drain system was failing and needed replacement. While the work was in progress our inspection findings were confirmed. We found the interior drainage to be clogged with mud and debris, not allowing below floor water to properly drain to the sump pump. Mud was entering the system from the exterior causing the failure. We also located separate issues with stairwell drain and main water line entry into the home. These things were shown and pointed out to the member immediately and during our work. We made recommendations and repaired the stairwell drain and leak at the water line at no cost to the member. Subsequent to our work the member saw the waterproofing system operating, discharging water from beneath the floor and foundation. The member stated she was happy with the work and acknowledged the necessity of the system. During the initial inspection and inspection request the member request a referral for a drywall company. We provided the name of a company that we have recommended in the past and have never had any reports of poor or incomplete work. Due to the member’s report we contacted the drywall company and we were advised that the member told them she was happy with their work. In fact, she has them returning to complete other home improvement projects. Based on this report we will review our referral process."

I thrilled that we found All Aspects Waterproofing via Angie's List. We recently moved into a new home that was a short sale. We knew the home had some water issues in the basement and we received quotes ranging from $4,000-$22,000 to fix the problem. I was most impressed All Aspects Waterproofing because of the way they did a thorough examination of our property (they were the only ones who took down some garage trekking that was on the wall to see what was going on behind it) and how they sat down and explained the system to me. There is kind of a sale pitch with a folder and photos but it was much more thorough then what I heard from the other companies and I appreciated the time they spent really looking around and talking to me. They came and did the work, were very thorough, and cleaned everything up. The work was completed in 2 days and the crew was great.
I also wanted to add what awesome customer service they have. Jeff was the first person who came out and he was very patient with all my questions and did a great job explaining everything. When the crew came out, the main guy on the job was Chito and he was awesome as well. He did a great job of explaining to me all the different parts and keeping everything clean. And lastly, this past weekend we had an emergency water issue in our basement. We called All Aspects in a panic because at first we though it might be related to the drain. This was on a Sunday evening. They got right on top of it and someone was driving out from MD to us in VA to check it out. In the meantime, my husband and I figured out that it was NOT an issue w/the drainage system and was actually sewer related so we called to tell them not to bother coming. Their person on call--Tony--was already close by so he came anyway. He was awesome. He stayed for 20 minutes to help us troubleshoot the problem even though it had nothing to do with them (on a Sunday night!!). I felt terrible that I dragged him an hour away from his home when this had nothing to do with them, but he could not have been nicer about it. Really this is how everyone is that we have met from All Aspects--even the people who answer the phone.
Long story short, we are big fans of All Aspects Waterproofing.

All Aspects first visited our home to give an estimate.  We were extremely impressed with the Jeff's detailed knowledge in diagnosing the issue. He took the time to explain everything that would be needed with attention paid to how to mitigate the costs while successfully solving the issue. He answered all of our questions. We were also very satisfied with the price, considering the extent of the work involved. The job seemed a big task, but the communication was excellent and the workmanship extremely satisfactory. We were very satisfied with the results, and the customer service was outstanding. We highly recommend this company for waterproofing and mold remediation.

The crew that performed the work was extremely hard working. Kudo's to John, Sam and the other two. They even came out Saturday morning to finish up. This was an extremely difficult job, involving jackhammering the concrete floor for 2 days day in a 3' clearance crawlspace. Lot of debris removal. They did a great job of re-pouring  the concrete over the drains. The end result looks fantastic.

I was very pleased with the honesty, professionalism and knowledge of the salesperson and the manager of the crew.  All of my questions were answered and the process was explained in detail.  The price was competitive with another company.  The crew arrived when they said they would and worked hard each day.  Digging the trench is a dirty job but next to no dust got upstairs. All Aspects Waterproofing obviously takes pride in doing an excellent job.  They realized the second day that there might be a problem with the oil tank.  The crew manager advised that the safest thing to do was have the tank temporarily moved when we no longer needed the heat.  They said they would return at that time to dig the trench where the tank was.
