Chris had the best customer service and also assured during this time all COVID-19 safety precautions were followed. I would recommend them to everyone and certainly use them again! Work was scheduled quickly, at a very competitive price, and completed in less than a day. The crew did a good job continually cleaning the area and the architectural shingles look great. Would do business with Chris again in a heartbeat, but with a 'lifetime' guarantee on the roof, I don't anticipate needing to do that!

I wish I could give Armor a lot more than an A. From beginning to end of the process, they did an outstanding job. The sales personnel are professional, knowledgeable, helpful (thank you, Chris and Stephanie). The crew deserves an A also.. My house looks really nice and it will be good not to have to clean out the gutter a few times a year. We are so thankful we went with Armor.

Stephanie and Phillip were very helpful in accessing my roofing and guttering requirements. They were prompt and professional throughout the whole project and provided a good level of support as the project proceeded to completion. Necessary documentation was provided throughout and there were no surprises. Installation team arrived promptly and did a quick and efficient roof installation on multiple roofs; main, bump-out, porch and shed. Gutter installer arrived promptly the next morning to complete the installation of the new guttering, including my requested modified gutter section. Yes, I would definitely recommend them for a quality, efficient roofing and guttering project.

The knowledge their product manager Stephanie has on every aspect of the roofing job is outstanding including important warranty information. They have their own crew, no subcontracting. Crew was awesome. Very efficient and once the job was completed i could not tell they had been here except for my beautiful new roof. HIGHLY recommend this company.

Awesome. They removed the solar panels, repaired the roof, and provided complete clean-up which include some broken glass from the tubes. The service was prompt, efficient, and perfect. Could not of ask for better!

Armor Home Improvement was very responsive. We contacted them for a quote. They came out within 24 hours and emailed us an estimate back. Stephanie was most helpful. She explained the products that would be used and other options. They were attentive to our special requests (a few touches- adding lumber for overhang and wrapping for low maintenance). There was concealed rotten damage at the gable from a suspect leak at the vent. They contacted us, sent pictures for clarification and confirmation then repaired. They worked around our scheduling with having our solar panels removed. They performed the tear off and installation in 1 day. Thank you

I can't say enough about the experience from start to finish with this company. On time with appointment and extremely professional. Received an estimate 1 day after appointment which was much better than the other estimates. I hired them to do the job and the tech was in my driveway at the given time. My roof was attacked by vultures (really). The vultures moved a furnace flue causing a leak in the roof. Armor repaired the furnace flue, caulked everything, replaced the roof cap and installed bird spikes on my roof (also on the furnace flue cap, which represents initiative on the part of the technician. It was not part of the contract). I am still not 100% sure the entire roof cap had to be replaced which was most of the cost. The Armor people came to my house within 24 hours of my initial contact and scheduled me for later that week. (It rained, which postponed the repairs. The technician was there from about 9 am until almost 6:30 pm. They were one of two roofers who responded to my emergency, and they were the ones who responded first. I did not get a chance to compare pricing, proposals or anything. They seemed trustworthy, and obviously knew their stuff. I absolutely would go to them if I were to replace my roof.

I worked with Stephanie from the beginning to the end and she is awesome. Everything was coordinated perfectly and I never had an issue. The Roofers arrived at 8 am and had the old shingles removed, the new shingles installed and was done everything by 3pm and the new roof looks great. This is an excellent company and would highly recommend them

Armor was incredibly responsive. I had wind damage to roofing shingles and called Armor on a Friday afternoon. Despite the number of calls they were receiving that day, they arrived at my home about 90 minutes after I called and provided an estimate. I was concerned about expected rain and Stephanie was able to get her roofers to over to my house the next business day to make the repair. They were professional, reasonably priced, responsive, and very customer service focused.

This company is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly!! I had a leak and they were able to come in and replace my roof within 24 hours. I have small children and my husband was out of town on business. They came and gave me a quote within hours and coordinated everything with my husband and I, even though, he was out of town. They took extra time to speak with him and send him photos of the damage and plans for the repair and replacement. They were reasonable and did not take advantage of our emergent situation. Thank you Stephanie you were awesome.

I called In only to be greeted by a very friendly and enthusiastic person on the other end. From there on it was the easiest most pleasant interaction I have ever experienced. They took all my info and asked when it would be easiest and comfortable for me to meet at our house not them. I set up my appointment and was contacted prior to make sure everything was still on which was super awesome. Stephanie came out and walked us through everything involved on the job. The thoroughness and pride she put into everything was very impressive. Her knowledge and in-depth expertise on the roofing products and labor being performed was so vass. They got up on the Roof did all the measuring and sent us a VERY detailed quote. Most folks told us to get multiple estimates ... no need to. Not a single person is like the team at Armor. They did such an amazing job and installation. They scheduled everything and were able to start and finish our project in 1 day !!!!! We were shocked and so over joyed. The entire process was so easy it was almost like we didn’t know how to react with such disbelief. There crew was so professional and great with communicating on the process through the day. I was so impressed they took the extra steps to protect our property and let us know of some issues from the old install and flashing they fixed for us as well. We had a few sheets of bad wood on the roof which we saw in the attic. They took care of it and for an outstaing price to boot !! We were and still are ecstatic we went with Armor. I would recommend ( and have to all of our neighbors ) to use Armor hands down for every job. Thank you guys so much for such an outstanding honest job.

We recently found out that our roof was leaking, a family friend recommended Armor Home Improvements. I called and spoke to a very knowledgeable person and set up a free estimate. The tech came out the next day to take pictures and measure our roof. Within the next 24 hours we received a very detailed estimate. I had several questions in which Stephanie took the time to answer and sign the contract. The crew was excellent. During the day, the foreman gave me updates on the status of the work being performed. It was amazing how fast the roof was installed and how clean our property was left. From beginning to end the process went smoother than expected. I would recommend Armor Home Improvements to everyone.
