The installation process was a debacle from start to finish, and the resolution process is even worse. The installation involved drilling a new hole in the wall (even though the house was already wired from the previous owners), and it was neither a clean nor even a good job. The guy who came out also left a huge scratch on my new wood floors as well as saw dust from drilling the hole. I ended up having to hire an electrician to fix the work done by Verizon, and they have yet to get back to me concerning my request to have the installation fee refunded. I chose Verizon because they offer superior internet service, but after this experience, I'd rather go with another ISP just because of the terrible service that was provided and lack of responsive customer support.

I use Verizon Wireless. I use them currently. It costs $134.08 a month. I think for me the internet connection seems to be spuratic, it doesn't seem to be consistent for the speed that I'm paying for.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with getting what I needed. I spent hours on the phone just to speak with someone (a live person)... the authorization of use, then change of upgrade then cost then shipping and address verification. Then I had to go to the store to get it. I called ahead. They had no idea what I ordered the night before. Another hour on the phone... there is no parking. People are double parked five minutes after the store opens. One girl at the door wrote my name on a tablet and then I wasn't acknowledged for an hour. I asked for a manager and was told he was with another customer and too busy to speak with me. After two hours I was "helped". I had spent over four hours with this. Then they tried to sell me something else I didn't need. I told the manager it would have at least helped to know how long a Waite and he said I could have gone on line to "call ahead". We'll I had called ahead and still waited over an hour. Twenty customers in the store, twelve employees and I still collectively spent more than five hours and $600.00 !!!??? Outrageous !!
