This was by appointment and I chose to wait. They started on time, kept me informed about progress and completed as agreed. While I was waiting, I could hear them deal with other customers. They were always courteous and helpful, as they had been with me. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Tires Plus dealt with this for $800 less than a different provider. They were great and able to fit me in. Their communication was awesome. He was so friendly and I felt like I was talking with my Dad.

Their prices are certainly competitive. They are prompt. They seem to do a good job. They get it right the first time so I don't have to go back again and again and again to get it corrected. It is a tire dealership so the waiting room is the same as everybody else. They are punctual and they get the car back when they say or earlier.

Tires Plus were very professional and courteous. They took care of everything. They were very honest about what parts were needed and what weren't. The price was very reasonable. They gave me a ride to work and called me right away. I was very pleased.
