We scheduled our first home delivery for a Tuesday morning from 8AM until 12PM. My husband took off a half day from work in order to be home. At 11AM Go Configure called to tell him that they would not be arriving until 1PM, which would not work. My husband rescheduled over the phone for that Friday with the driver and he said he would pass on the information to the company. The company called back later in the afternoon to say that they had rescheduled us for the following Monday, which was not an option for us. I called to reschedule to tell them that my husband had been told that this Friday would work. They were able to reschedule us for that Friday from 3PM-7PM. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told that he (John Lopez) was busy but that I would receive a call back. I never did. That Friday, I took off from work and waited at home for the delivery. Around 6PM they called me to say that they would not be able to deliver the product until 7:30PM. I was frustrated and explained that they had already done this to us once and that they were not honoring their 4 hour window yet again. I asked to speak with supervisor and was told that he was again busy. I said that I never received a call back the first time and that I wanted to speak with someone. I asked for John Lopez' supervisor, Carlos Ortiz, and was told that he too was unavailable. I asked them to please have Carlos call me. At around 6:50PM I received a call from the driver saying that he would not be arriving until more like 8PM because he was still at least an hour away. This did not work for us, as we had a previous engagement that we were supposed to be at 7PM. I called Go Configure again and asked them to please reschedule us and again asked to have Carlos Ortiz call me because I wanted to express my frustration with their customer service. We rescheduled for 8AM-12PM on Saturday morning and they finally came during the window period. I never received a call back from either John Lopez or Carlos Ortiz. I know it is not Sports Authority company, but they are the responsible for contracting out their delivery services to Go Configure... and we bought the product from Sports Authority.
Description of Work: We bought a treadmill through Sports Authority. They offered us free home delivery, which we agreed to do. Turns out that the delivery is outsourced to Go Configure. It took us 3 different scheduled dates in order for them to eventually deliver the product.
