Presidential Exteriors did an outstanding job on our roof, trim and gutters. The communication was great from start to finish. Brennan Cross answered all our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied. He and the entire staff were very professional. Bryan took care of all our insurance concerns and even caught mistakes made by our insurance company. His attention to detail got us a significant amount of additional money to cover the project. Great job Presidential Exteriors!!!

From beginning through installation to final result, my experience with Presidential was wonderful. They made suggestions I'd never considered, worked with me to solve strange problems, and returned to fix something I didn't understand. The cost was thousands less than a quote by another company. I absolutely recommend them as highly as I can.

I had a very unusual interaction with Presidential Exteriors while trying to schedule an estimate for siding. They were very responsive and I was able to schedule an appointment for a siding estimate the same day. Everything seem to be going very well. I was also able to schedule estimates with three other companies for over the weekend and the beginning of next week, as we are ready to begin our siding project. A person from the company called me a few hours before the appointment and the main focus of the call was to tell me that my wife and I who he referred to as “The Mrs.” needed to be present for the appointment or it would have to be canceled. I explained that we certainly planned on both being there, but as my wife works in emergency operations, there’s always the chance that she might not be there. He explained to me that the representative would not do the estimate and it would have to be rescheduled if me and “The Mrs.” Were not there. I explained that we knew exactly what we wanted, and there were no design, decision or questions that needed to be discussed and I was perfectly capable of handling the appointment as I will be doing with the other companies without “The Mrs.” present. He kept explaining to me that it was company policy and there was no way around that and unless we could both guarantee we are going to be there. They could not come do the estimate. During my conversation, at one point, he said to me well if you don’t stop talking then you can’t hear what I need to tell you. Then he hung up on me. I cannot believe that someone would professionally refer to my wife as “The Mrs.” I found their main office number and recounted the phone conversation that I just had. I spoke with a pleasant woman on the phone who was disappointed at the interaction that I had on the call and said she’d be checking with her manager and getting back to me. After an hour, I phoned back to find out the status and I spoke with another gentleman and had to explain the call again. He also was disappointed with the interaction but stressed that it is company policy that we both need to be present or they will not do the appointment. In my experience companies that insist on both people being present are going to push for a hard sell promising discounts that’ll not be available later, and wanting a contract signed right away. Very similar to a timeshare appointment or any number of other high-pressure sales calls. I can’t see any other reason for that absolute requirement, so, after confirming that with this gentleman I explained that perhaps we weren’t a good fit for each other I have other companies scheduled for estimates that don’t require us both to be there. I feel that any time somebody absolutely requires both decision makers to be at an appointment for an estimate there’s going to be a hard sell. Just my opinion.

I am please with the progress of this project and highly recommend Troy and Marshall as the managers and coordinators for this project. They are both easy to reach and discuss any issues related. I definitely would use Presidential Exteriors again!!!

I originally gave 5 star review based on initial contact/contract signed with presidential exterior. I just had all work done and finished and I had to come back and update the review. Window install schedule was easy and the installers were on time. But it went all down bill from there. The installers were going in and out of the house with work boots covered in mud/dirt. They covered carpeted stairs and areas of window bays but even after their sweep there were pieces of dirt/mud tracked everywhere around the house. Once window was completed project manger came out to get payment and to final walk thorough. During final walk through I noticed the outside window bay trims were not replaced as it was discussed during the initial contract (main reason why windows were replaced since sales person insisted that it can cause more damage if not replaced now). The project manager called someone and looked over the contract and apologized for missing that part of project completely and made another appointment to get the window bay trims replaced. After project manager left, our family with 3 children decided to hang out in the back yard and I noticed kids were playing with something metallic and sharp. I went over to take a look and found many pieces of nails on ground where the windows were installed. Alarmed I went around the entire house and picked up handful of nails and wood chips the installer did not pick up. Luckily none of my children were hurt during this time but this was mentioned to the presidential company and following week they went out someone to sweep the area with magnet. I also spoke to project manager and explained them what had happened and they sent out another project manager to go over what is left of current project. When another project manager came out m, I raised my concern about since front of the house window bays will be retrimmed if back of the house window bays can be capped/retrimmed as well. The project manager advised that since back of the house window bays are made out of siding that were was no need but if I wanted aluminum capped they will cap the lower wood section at no cost when they come out and do the front of the house. I thought everything was going well until on the day of install I get a call from another project manager saying I would be owed $3800 to cap rear window bays. I tried to explain to them that project manager would throw in the capping at no cost but she kept insisting and trying to sell $3800 repair. I tried to explain that rear of the house is all siding so entire retrimming is not necessary, that only lower section of wood needs to be capped as their own project manager recommended. However she would not budge and probably never even looked at my house to give proper estimate. Instead she were just trying to upsell a service they cannot even perform due to way siding is installed. After front window trim has been finished I received a call from another project manager and I explained them the situation and he agreed that price of $3800 is not correct and he will get back with me with correct price. They ended up sending out another project manager to do touch ups around the house and collect payment. At this point I was tired of dealing with non consistent “project manager” that kept coming to my house with appointment date/time and having to explain to every new person what is going on with her house. Not to mention the some appointments the people that was suppose to show up no called and no showed. Overall window is made by reputable company and provided to presidential company but they dropped the ball on too many occasions and did not 100% satisfy me as customer and not a single person reached out to make things right. Not to mention their price anchoring sales pitch is outrageous. Our window project was originally estimated to be $55k starting out and negotiated down to $30k. This type of sales method is for quick cash grab and not in for long term customer care. See picture for $3800 repair estimate they wanted to recap 4 pieces wood.

Mo from Presidential Exteriors inspected our roof and did an excellent job. He was polite, professional, and friendly and answered all of our questions. He was very thorough, and showed us the problems with our roof both externally and internally. He explained how they would replace our roof and explained about all of their premium products, great insurance, great warranties, certified builders etc., that they provided. I know that building our new roof will be done well because they have such good materials, technique, and builders who will work on it.

I had every window in my house replaced so it was a big job. The crew was very professional. They were very attentive to my questions and did everything in their power to please me on the spot. The product appears to be excellent and the windows open and close easily. I had mini rotted windowsills, and the workers were very meticulous about replacing the damaged wood. If I have anything negative to say it would only be that they stepped on one of my flowers. The clean up afterwards was excellent. They even dusted my kitchen counters and vacuumed everything, including the cat hair that was there before they came. They brought about 15 workers and completed the job in one day.

Had windows replaced, they quoted one day to replace a large number of windows and followed through. Very professional.

Presidential was very thorough in terms of walking me through every step of the process, from window measurement, to Installation, to the final quality assessment review after the job was done. The crew was terrific and answered all my questions at every step of the way. The windows themselves are made expressly for Maryland’s climate, and I look forward to lower energy bills. I highly recommend them.

The window replacement crew was very efficient. They were careful not to disturb anything inside or outside the house. They explained the installation process very well and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. And I love the new windows!

We hired Presidential Exteriors for our roof and are extremely happy with the process and results. Rodney, the insurance specialist, was friendly and professional while he walked me through the steps. Troy, the project manager, came by my house and explained what would happen in the following days. The materials were delivered on time, smoothly, and safely. Installation crews arrived at my house on time at 7 am, and the whole process (about 3000 sqft roof) from installation and cleaning was completed around 3 pm. The following day, Troy returned to review the details and get my signature. I don't hesitate to recommend this business to anyone considering their exterior house projects!

Have had a great experience with Presidential. Luke was very helpful in showing us what his company could do, and even helped us retrieve our dog when he ran off through the front door. Then Daniel gave us a very thorough explanation of what Presidential can do for us. Very professional. Quality of their window replacements is excellent and overall price for our project is very fair. We are very impressed with Presidential for their expertise and customer service. You will not be disappointed.

This was our second experience with Presidential Exterriors. Everything went very smoothly. Rodney Lindenmayer, design consultant and Mr. Kim and his crew were professional and efficient Installation was completed faster than promised.

Other than a minor glitch on scheduling project start date, Presidential’s crew were excellent, punctual, very accommodating of all our questions and requests. Regular check-in by a Project Manager also occurred.

Great work! The order process for the door was easy and the doors arrived early and to specifications. Scheduling for the install was clear. The team -- Mike and John -- were on time, professional, took care to clean the workspace, did a quality install -- including the repair of sub flooring damage as the old doors were letting rain water inside. The new doors look beautiful and the "rain water" issues resolved. Phantom screens for the patio doors still need to go in. So looking forward to that part of the job coming to fruition.

We recently had all 21 of windows replaced by Presidential Exteriors. We got a great price, they even gave us an educators discounts! Once the custom made windows arrived a five man team lead by Joe. They arrived on time and immediately got to work. After laying out the windows and ensuring all their material;s were in place they got to work. By 3:30 PM all 21 windows were installed, all the trash picked up and the space around the windows had been vacuumed. The install was professional and polite, they stopped to answer my questions, they barely even took a lunch break. My windows look amazing, the sound reduction is very noticeable (we live on a busy street). The next day Ryan, stoped by to do a final inspection on the project. From beginning I couldn't be more impressed with the service and the quality of the work. My windows are amazing, and I'm looking forward to the energy savings! I will be doing business with Presidential Exteriors again and highly recommend them.

Presidential Exteriors is a well-managed company. We had twenty-five, very large, windows, two large sliding glass doors and the front door replaced. Everyone, starting with the young man who approached us to talk about the company, the salespeople and the team doing the work was professional, polite, honest, pleasant and super careful. The windows, sliding glass doors and the front door look amazing. Our house is fifty-two-years old and badly needed to be "refreshed". The quality of their products is excellent. While the work was being done, several people from the company came by to check on the progress. After the job was completed, we met with Ben who came by to do a final inspection and answer any questions or concerns we may have. The crew cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. We will use Presidential Exteriors again to replace another door.

The company agreed to postpone install to work around an upcoming vacation we had. Very pleased with the product and price. There was one small miscommunication regarding shutters going back on after install but the company remedied the problem immediately. Overall very pleased with the entire process from start to finish.

Each job was exactly what we needed. The end result for both jobs is excellent. The teams were top notch. The working and appearance of the garage door and the windows is very pleasing.

I have to say that Ray knocked on the door today and i now have an Estimate appointment scheduled. Ray was courteous, kind and knowledgeable; much different than most sales/scheduling staff. Ray earned his commission today due to his skills!!

i hired them to replace approximately 32 double hung windows. the price was as good as any and i was in no mood to haggle. the process was very clearly spelled out and the prep that i would have to do was, as well. there were a few snags with them getting the windows (due to supply chain issues that everyone was having) so the dates changed, but i was involved in those changes. when they did start, they got most of the work done on the first day and came back to finish the next day. a few things went wrong, a window was broken, another had a scratch, and many of the windows were over-caulked to the point of being awful looking. the broken window was addressed even before i brought it up, as was the crack. when i told them about the caulking they sent someone the very next day and told me the installation crew had used the wrong caulk (outside caulk) and that they would be back to fix it. they did.... there were a few more windows after that i saw too much caulking on, and they've come out to redo those, too. All in all, their service is amazing. there were so many people involved who deserve a shout out, but i can't recall their names. my team leader or manager was Michael and he was a gem. i wouldn't say the product i bought is the best; the corners aren't perfect and the glass fogs up (i'll let Presidential know when i have a minute), but the windows work great and they look exactly like what i wanted. i was so thrilled with them, that i ordered a replacement for my front door with sidelights and transom! the price was comparable and i already knew what kind of service i was going to get. And i did!

Presidential Exteriors were by far the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Some people might not like the fact that they want all decision makers present when they come over, but this is so they don’t waste time coming out again. At first, we thought the price was high but after the job was completed, we felt like we got every bit of what we paid for, if not more. Almost every inch of the exterior of our house (except windows and doors but including gutters and downspouts) were replaced and our 1968 built house now looks brand new. We contracted for a new roof (new shingles and board replacement) for the house and horse barn. We also had a large skylight replaced. This was a big job and Felix and his roofing team were great. They worked from sunrise until well after dark and completed everything in two days even though my roof had some issues. Michael and his team installed Hardie Board siding on the entire house. This was a huge job and the finished product looks incredible, especially the detail work like the trim and capping around windows and doors, and the new soffit and fascia under and on the roof overhang. Michael personally bent all the aluminum himself and took great pride in his work. We never expected the finished product to look so good. I work from my house so I was concerned about how that would work out, but everyone was so friendly and respectful that it was never an issue. Jake the project manager, Eva the project coordinator and the Operations Department were also great to work with. Jake did the final inspection with me, coordinated the removal of excess materials and set up some minor touch up work that needed to be done. This is an extremely well managed company and I highly recommend them for any exterior work.

The work that was done was great but my issue occurred with the financing. The representative that conducted the on-site consultation provided us with one piece of information regarding the financing but when the first invoice was received, after the project completion, the financing was not correct. I contacted the Accounting office @ Presidential Exteriors and spoke with Nina who worked with me to resolve the financing issue. She was calm, professional and generated a quick resolution based on the information we were provided during our initial consultation for the project. Nina was definitely a rockstar for clearing up the financing issue!!!
