Rep falsely told neighbors we had hired them before we ever got an estimate. The rep was knocking on doors in the neighborhood and told us they were working at a neighbors home. He pressured my wife into making an appointment claiming they had a 5 year price guarantee on their estimates. Afterwards he went across the street and told our neighbors we had hired them to work on our roof! We didn't find that out until weeks later. When the salesman arrived it took a long time for him to get to the point and actually give us an estimate and prices. He pulled the "look how expensive five different contractors are" technique. Finally he gave us a price of $8,000, but $7,000 if I signed that day. He refused to leave the written estimate, claiming he would send it later (never did). The price also was unclear about how many windows were actually being put in (the number changed at different times in his pitch). He also did an odd Facetime with his project manager and the PM's baby which felt very forced, like "See, we have families too!" It wasn't horrible, and the salesman isn't responsible for the door to door rep's unprofessional actions. However, when a business knocks on my door and then tries to push same day costs with no details I write them off. When they claim I've hired them when I haven't then I get creeped out.

Very Poorly.

Workers arrived promptly at 7:15 in the morning. Immediately got to work organizing materials and covering plants around the house. Work began quickly. Chris came by to check on things and made sure to check out the area of a leak with the foreman. All work was completed by 4:30 PM! Clean up appeared thorough as no nails were found when I walked around. David came the day after to do a walk through and make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Also did another sweep around the house with a magnet for nails. Price seemed high for a roof my size, but the efficiency and customer oriented service made up for it. No hassle service and hopefully no need for follow up service. Would recommend Presidential Exteriors.

Awesome, smooth transaction.

I'm not saying that a project of this size is cheap. It is expensive to redo the sub-roof, the roof, guttering and full attic insulation, plus a few other small projects. Do I think I got my money's worth? Absolutely. Each team was competent, intelligent, sensitive to my needs (and panic attacks). Half way through, at the end of a long day (12 hours) after the team had left, the heavens opened. Within half an hour the team leader was back with a ladder and tarps and really distressed that some damp might get in the attic. He was far more worried than I was! I was kept fully informed of what was going on at all times. It was the most painless project I have ever undertaken, and the most beautifully carried out. If it turns out that there is a glitch (which I doubt) I have full confidence that some intelligent young man will appear on my doorstep in seconds. Oh, and it took three days. Now on to the solar panels...

Great. All work was completed in 1 day during regular hours with a minimum of disruption. The 2 gentlemen who did the installations were professional, competent, and courteous. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors.

My husband and I were in the process of having the fascia and gutters redone in our townhome. We first heard from Presidential Exteriors when they knocked at our door. They gave us a flyer, made an appointment for the next day. The sales manager, Nick, came the next day for the free inspection. We expressed our concerns with the fascia, gutters, and downspouts. After the inspection he presented a short power point presentation about the company, quality, background, and approach. He also went over what was needed to be done. They also guarantee certain percentage savings from your energy bill. Nick was very polite and knowledgeable. Our house is about 30 years old with aluminum siding and we decided to upgrade to Vinyl siding, self-clean gutters, fascia, and new downspouts. He presented two offers one that you needed to commit upfront for about $12K and another one that was about $14K if you decided to do the offer within 5-6 weeks if I recall correctly. They do offer financing with Wells Fargo if you are interested. We decided to proceed with the offer please note you pay once the project is completed. We did not start the project right away usually one to two weeks because we were slightly changing the siding color and needed HOA approval. Presidential exteriors sent another project manager to take the measurements. I contacted my HOA and called Presidential Exteriors project manager Chris Gass who sent someone to my house with the color palette. Once I was approved by the HOA I called and scheduled the appointment for the project at my convenience. They do ask for someone to be at home during the project. The day before the appointment they dropped off all the materials from “Mastic”. Ours was a two to three day project. The day off they arrived knocked and started the project. The project manager Mr. Robinson came to check midway in the project to see if everything was going as planned they advised to remove all picture frames from the walls, they used an inside power plug, no wood needed to be replaced once the aluminum siding was removed, and that they would cut around the power, gas etc. They cleaned all the debris from the first day and every day at the end of the day. The next day the crew arrived and kept working. They had to return the third day to finish the downspouts and gutters. The third day no one was home so once I arrived from work I inspected the house. I realized they had not replaced the fascia and called Chris Gass, project manager. He called me back and asked for a picture and offered to send someone. I went ahead and sent him a picture. Chris took ownership this are his exact words: “Thanks! I apologize for not fixing that in the first place. We will have a crew out tomorrow to get that taken care of and looking beautiful for you!” They did come and everything was done as promised. I was impressed by the quality and customer service! In addition all the crew was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Presidential Exteriors and will most likely use them again if I need windows, siding, or roofing! They rock best wishes in your continued growth!

It went well, John Robinson was very prompt and professional. He adhered my shutters in a manner that will prevent them from blowing off in the next wind storm. Alex and his crew came while John was working and like a well oiled machine removed and replaced my gutters and downspouts in a seamless fashion. It was a great face lift for my home

We were in the market for a new roof, but have been burned by companies going door to door and not showing up for the estimate. I was ensured by Presidential that this would not be the case and they were right. Chris showed up on time, gave a very thorough presentation on the process of installing a roof, materials used, etc., teaching us a thing or two, and was fair on pricing for both a roof and gutter helmet. I was called within a day to schedule the project and they installed the roof during the same week! The roof project took only one day and it is so nice to have a roof of which we are proud. John Robinson, the foreman, is phenomenal. He was so polite, informative, professional and walked us through the process every step of the way. When they returned to do the gutter helmet, it was done quickly and effectively. John noticed a nail on the driveway from the roof job and proceeded to spend the next half hour "vacuuming" with a metal gadget to pick up any other stray nails. They did a great job with cleanup and didn't damage our extensive gardens. The roof looks beautiful and they even spray painted our pipes really making the roof look finished. Thank you, Presidential! We would use them, again.

They did everything they were supposed to do but there was some delay because of rain. The workers were fast and were supposed to put 6 nails in a tile, but I could tell that they missed some. They were efficient.

The roofing was completed on schedule in one day and gutter replacements with leaf guards were completed on schedule on a second day. All work promised by the salesman was satisfactorily completed,

Everything went flawlessly from measurement, through ordering, scheduling, and installation. Jake Raszewski, who went over everything with us, is terrific. He did a thorough and enjoyable presentation in our home, and educated us to the subtleties of window replacement better than anyone we have spoken with over the years. He represented Presidential and its team of installers very well, answering all of our questions and initiating a process that unfolded just as he stated it would. The installers were on-time, professional in every way, minimized any possible inconvenience, and left everything neat and ship shape. We are more than pleased with the results and are very grateful to every person we encountered from Presidential. We are looking forward to replacing all the remaining windows in our home later this year, and we will certainly turn to Jake when we're ready to initiate the process.

Very well. Presidential Exteriors came out to our home to do an evaluation. They sat down and explained the whole process in detail. I got a great deal on the roof, paying $4000 less than I was led to believe I would have to when I bought the house. Flexibility in pricing based on paying up front (I used a credit card for cash back benefits), signs in my yard, and leaving a favorable review. Very professional and fast--they get in and get out. Afterwards, they worked quickly with my insurance company to document the new roof, something that will save me $250 per year in homeowners' insurance premiums. That pays for a lot of the roof right there. Would definitely recommend and will do so with my neighbors.

The day we were moving in, we got a knock on the door from Sean, a very friendly and knowledgeable Presidential employee, and we set up an appointment for an estimate immediately! A few days later, Ryan came to take a look and give us an estimate. He felt like an old friend and shared with us the company's roots and their genuine care for their customers. He gave us several options for repairing the carport beam. We decided to get the front and back of the house capped and sealed with fascia and soffit as well as the entire carport. Ryan also informed us that our gutters were also extremely old and were not even installed correctly to begin with. The previous owners had serious leak in the basement, which we were also planning on having to take care of. He showed us a spot in the gutters that were not connected and it happened to be right around the area of the basement leak. We decided to go ahead and replace all of the gutters as well. We haven't had any basement leaks since the work was done! We couldn't be happier with the work Chris and his team did with all of the repairs and installations. It changed the whole look of the house and has really improved the curb appeal. We feel great about our decisions knowing that it has a lifetime warranty! We highly recommend Presidential Exteriors and will definitely use them again for future exterior needs.

The crew did a great job. Earlier than expected start. Finished on time. John Robinson was an outstanding project manager. Any issue was quickly addressed. Very through.

The work was excellent. The workers were honest. I'm very pleased with the work preformed and the the roof looks terrific from the road. John, the project manager was very helpful and informed me thought out the entire process.

Had an excellent experience with everyone associated with Presidential Exteriors. The sales consultants provided a thorough explanations of our options and helped us with the best replacement plan for our needs for our over 20 year old roof...great guys. The project manager, John kept us informed throughout the work, including timely notification of schedule changes due to weather. John documented the on-going work and periodically showed me the pictures. Nice touch. The roofing crew completed the job in less than a day and the day after completion we had high winds and the new roof didn't have any problems. The gutter and facia work was completed during the next two work days with the same professionalism and completeness. Excellent debris control and clean-up on both jobs. I'm really pleased with my decision to hire Presidential Exteriors for work that I knew needed to be done but was reluctant to go through the process of choosing the "right" company.

The consultation went very well.  We met with Nick and he was very professional and thorough with explaining everything.  He had pictures and information on the products they use, which was helpful when deciding what to get.  They also offer a lifetime warranty on the gutters.  The scheduling was easy and done that same day.  On the day of installation, the only complaint would be that no one called to let us know when they would be coming.  Other than that, everything went well.  The gutter installation was fast and the guys did a good job.  I would recommend this company to any of my friends and neighbors.   

It went well. They were very professional and easy to deal with. Kept me up to date during the project and walked me through everything necessary before during and after as well.

Salesman took entirely too much time. nearly 3 hours. Proposal was more than 75% higher than what later proposals were from other Angies list service providers. Stated his best offer was only good for that evening and would revert to a figure 2x what was eventually paid. Very bad sales tactic!

It was great! highly suggest going with them. If I need any additional work done on my house, Presidential will be the first company that I called.
