I appreciate the quick response. The gentlemen who came was very professional and knowledgeable. He actually took the time to assess the problem correctly and explained everything. He did not attempt to over charge me like one of his competitors did. Would highly recommend them.

You won't find anyone better than H-2-O, they are truly experts and professionals! They repaired a break and root clog in my sewer main. They did not cut any corners and did everything correctly to make sure the problem would not reoccur. I can't give them a higher recommendation but I'm certain you won't find a better plumbing outfit in the area as far as knowledge, capability, and general work goes. You must hire them!

Old pipes had broken under the kitchen sink, creating a build up of water in the crawl space. Water had to be pumped out before the work area could be cleaned, treated and new piping placed. I called on a Tuesday evening; Win (Wayne) returned my call immediately. He came by on Wednesday to diagnose the problem. By Thursday afternoon, the work was completed! Wayne and his team are very hard workers, effective and highly professional. We highly recommend them. Thank you!

Wayne's approach is honest and fair. He has a thorough knowledge of what he is doing. Recommended without any hesitation. You will not find a better company to deal with.

Careful estimate, prompt work, great value

Replace main sewer line from basement under home to main sewer line. I had a break under my home that everyone said I would have to break up my floor to fix. H-Two-O was able to fix the break under my home without destroying my home. Installed two flush outs so no one has to come back into my home in case of a backup. Surprised the inspector who was full of praise for the work they had done. H-Two-O did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable and professional.

Honestly, I wish I could give them a higher score than 5.0. They are simply fabulous, professional, courteous and a-one. They responded quickly, assessed the job, provided and estimate and returned promptly when hired to complete the job in a timely manner. The customer service is "out-of-this-world" and I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. They called within a few minutes of me requesting service on here, they showed up the same day to give me an estimate, kept in contact with me when we had to postpone the work for the following day due to weather, and arrived promptly the following day when they said they would. The workers laid down cloth so that they did not track dirt through the house throughout the day which was much appreciated. Everyone that was here was super nice, including the owner! He explained everything, kept the work within his promised price, even though they had to do extra. I talked to some neighbors that had similar work done and they paid a lot more than I did. Several other neighbors took down the information for when they need someone- I can't recommend this company enough!!

They explained to me their game plan regarding replacing the water main to my home. They also had a "plan B" worked out in the event that everything originally planned did not work out. Fortunately, everything went according to the original plan. the work was completed in a timely fashion with minimal interruption to my family routine.
