My overall personal experience was frustrating. The initial work to repair a water main issue was great. Then on the following work installing water heater and repairing a leaky pipe, I have never experienced a crew that was so unprofessional, lack communication and common courtesy skills expected of a service provider. They will start work and leave without finishing. Once the hook is in, you are at their mercy to come and finish the work when they feel like, i.e., up to two or more weeks of wait period without any word. Also, the work fails first inspection and another waiting game.

I had an old terra cotta sewer line that had collapsed and was dysfunctional. Everyone else wanted to tear up my whole yard to install a new line. H-TWO-O was the only company that could burrow under the ground with minimum disturbance to the lawn and the cost was half the price of the others. I will definitly use them in other projects.

Very thorough, excellent camera search for problem (it turned out to be not a "break in the line", but a total root blockage at the entry cell for the septic tank. They located the tank (location previously unknown) by using their 'sound' detector, dug down 3', opened the entry and removed the huge mass of compacted roots. Then, cleaned off the top area of the tank, installed lifts for the two access places, built up a circular channel with a lid for future access for pumping out the tank. Great work, neat, and creative! Their cost was reasonable...I would highly recommend this company.

The leadrer of "H2O" , Mr. Wen, was extremely knowledgible and very professional. He explained to me the nature and extent of my needed repairs. The repairs were completed in a very timely manner, the inspection was completed and there were no after repair issues.

Communication was great and pricing was quite fair. They understood the nature of the problem (which the first plumber I hired did not) and did an excellent job replacing the main sewer line. Haven't had any problems with plumbing since; what a relief!

I had a broken sewer line and contacted H-TWO-O. They came out and used a locator instrument device to locate the break in my back yard. Then they gave me an estimate for replacing the line from the break to the sewer main that was 37% lower than an estimate from a plumber who lacked a locator and would have dug up my whole yard. Then they used a machine that pulled a new pipe through the old sewer line thereby excavating only at the break and where it joined the sewer main. Done expeditiously and cleaned up nicely.

They did an excellent service in repairing my water pipe breakage and replaced it professionally. Prompt service and reasonable fees. Estimate was exact.

In Jan 2013, I contacted H-TWO-O about a kitchen faucet replacement that I needed help with. They came out right away, after hours to assess the situation. They came back the next day to do the work. Win was the name of the plumber dispatched - he was great - very through and thoughtful. I would contact them again for work in the future. - David

THEY CAME GAVE QUATE, AND COMPLETE THE WOK IN A TIMELY MANNER WITHOUT TRYING TO PAD THE PRICE. ALL WORK AREAS WERE CLEANED AND LEFT IN GOOD CONDITION.

Completed water main OK; but had to call several time to get landscaping completed. Still have a mound in my yard...

Quick, efficient, knows what he is doing.

For my experience, the customer service was terrible. I was given 4:30 - 6:30 for the project to begin, they started at 8:30 and finished after 11:00. During the inspection, the inspector told me that the work was not completed properly (not a big deal as 95% was done correctly); but they also did not leave the permit. I have been in contact with the company who was suppose to come this past Sat to make the corrections. I was called Sat. morning and was told that they were working on a big water main break. Bottom line we agreed to have the work completed between Mon - Wed. I'm still waiting to hear from them. They're closed until Mon.
