GLS did excellent work. Had bumper replaced. They matched the colors exactly. You can’t tell that there was ever any damage. Very professional, friendly, honest. Told me exactly what needed to be done and didn’t try to do any more than that. Would definitely use them again.

I got a little too close to my garage door and damaged the front fender of my car. I found GLS here, and got an estimate from them, along with a couple of others. GLS gave me the best estimate, by far. They explained exactly what needed to be done and were very personable. I felt very comfortable after speaking with them and chose them to do the work, and I'm glad I did. The work was finished just when they said it would be. When I picked up the car it looked like it just drove off the showroom floor. They did a great job, and the cost was just what was estimated. I would definitely use these guys again.

The only good part about my last accident is that I knew that GLS would repair my car so that it was "better than new"

I went to four other auto body repair shops. The variance in estimates was significant, but all seemed high for the minimal amount of damage. Also, most of these insisted that the entire front bumper had to be removed in order for the job to be done right. This being a new and technologically advanced crossover vehicle, it meant disconnecting and reconnecting various wires and cables, including front end camera. When I went to GLS Auto Body, I was pleased to get a reasonable and fair estimate that did not involve taking the bumper apart. The owner, Lee, treated me very well and the work was completed on time and very satisfactorily. Why pay up to three times as much for the same result? I will definitely go to GLS Auto Body for repairs in the future.

Outstanding job. I brought an old (1997) SUV in to GLS for an estimate on having the badly sun-damaged hood and top painted. I wasn't sure if I wanted to invest in having such an old vehicle painted, but I am glad now I did. I received a fair price and the job was completed before Thanksgiving as I had requested. They were great! Not only did they repair the sun damage and paint the hood, they also painted the front fenders next to the hood which was starting to show wear. The color was a perfect match and feathered-in so smoothly -- don't know how they do it, but they are pros! The crack on the rear of the SUV turned out to be more work than expected, but they didn't charge me any more and they did a thorough job with the fix.
I would definitely take any vehicle there for paint and I recommend them. My neighbors were impressed at the improvement too! I've already started spreading the word on GLS.

Car was declared a total loss due to age but it was quite reparable. Lee was fabulous!! First bidder recommended by insurance co for the body work wanted to rob my 90 year old mother. So I went to Angie's and Checkbook and found GLS. The owner is genuinely nice man,very decent; he is everything you might hope to find when a family member with limited resources has an accident and needs an honest person who will do a quality job, use quality parts and materials. and charge a fair price. He will tell you what you need and what you don't need to make your vehicle road worthy and he stands by his work. You will enjoy getting to know Lee and will recommend to friends.

I've been going to GLS for a number of years.At least once a year someone in our family gets into a fender bender. Lee and the rest of his crew are excellent. Estimates are fair. Work is always like new and completed when he estimates it will be finished. I highly recommend them.

I hit a telephone pole and damaged my car. GLS Auto Body fixed the car. Simple as that. They are the pros and I wouldn't have anyone else paint or do body work on my car. The Volvo dealer I bought my car from recommended GLS and they have made my car **like new** in the past when I have damaged it. They do beautiful work at a reasonable price. Lee, the owner, negotiated hard with my insurance company when they didn't want to pay to do the repair right. They paid. I heartily recommend GLS. Also, there are rental car places in the area that will pick you up and drop you off when the car is ready, a big plus.

Lee truly cares about ALL customers and in a very uncomplicated manner the work done has always been over, above, and better than expected more than one time for me. Rarely does one have to wait to be helped. Lee is a gentlemen and confirms for me, each time, that I made the right decision using GLS for car repair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

GLS was great from start to finish. I worked with Lee who's very friendly and straight forward. I got 5 estimates in the local area - GLS happened to be the cheapest, but also gave me the most confidence the work would be done right - Lee knew the exact paint color of my car off the top of his head.

Lee,, the owner set the right tone in the first few minutes I met him and that tone stayed until I paid for and drove my car away. He was friendly, courteous, concern, and supportive of me rather then the insurance company. He didn't rush our interactions and listened intently allowing me to ask questions as needed. He answered all my questions, worked hard to make sure that my car was repaired correctly and in a timely manner. My car looks just like new, paint perfectly matched, and operating 100%. They even washed my car before giving it to me. I am very impressed with Lee and his brother's car repair services. Their attitudes were pro consumer right from the start to the end. I am appreciative of how they take pride in their business and how they interact with their customers. I come from four generation family business background and so it resonated well with me. This is something rare today. So I plan to pass on my experience to others to make sure Lee and his brother stay around so when I or one of friends need their services they will be there for us. We drove into GLS and got estimates for each car from Kirk (a long term co-manager). We arranged for a date and time to bring in each car and Kirk told us when each would be ready for pickup. All times worked out as specified. In addition to doing the work specified both cars were returned washed.

My car was hit while in a parking lot and it impacted the rear passenger side. It had to be repaired and the rear protector (stone guard) had to be removed to complete this work and then replaced. I had previously taken my car to another auto body shop nearby.They had done the body work and painting, but could not replace the stone protector without a lot of bubbles showing in it. I then went to G.L.S. to see if they could replace the stone protector without bubbles. They said they probably could and also told me that my black paint job that was done had a "blue" hue to it. So, I decided to have them perform the autobody work again, paint, and replace the stone protector. They did all this and the stone protector had no bubbles. I was more than satisfied with their work. My car looked so good and so shiny when I picked it up!

Everything is always just great with them. They are very easy to talk to. Everything is always done on time. They actually do extra things. And their prices are great to.
