The garbage disposal was no longer working due to a leak in the body.  I contacted Eire Plumbing via email with the issue and other plumbing concerns.  Received an email reply from Rob to let me know when he would give me a call and as promised he called on that day and we scheduled an appointment.  Rob replaced the garbarge disposal, sink strainer and stopper.  He also checked the water heater which is fine now but should be replaced sooner rather then later.  I was very pleased with the prompt service, his professionalism and explanations for a few other plumbing concerns.  I plan to use Eire Plumbing again.

Eire plumbing came out to help me diagnose the source of ceiling water stains, which we suspect was a hot tub on the upstairs floor.  the evaluation was on time, professional, and thorough.  Ultimately we concluded that the issue was a roofing issue not the hot tub.  I would contact this company for plumbing work in the future.

Ron was on time and completed the work efficiently.

Overall, I was very pleased with Rob, his knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy.  He explained things in detail and I learned much in the process about copper pipes.  My one minor criticism is that the invoice should have been itemized (i.e how much was labor/parts).  The total came to $300 and then he applied the Angie's List discount coupon without any problems.  I will definitely recommend and use in the future.  Thanks Rob!

He did a great job. He was very helpful to us.  He also did a full inspection on another issue we had - without additional charge.

We called Eire Plumbing the evening we discovered the kitchen sink leak, got a call back from Rob early the next morning, and he arrived later that day to fix all three problems. He was not only responsive but prompt, professional, very personable, and quite obviously fully professional. We were very pleased with the service and have put Eire on the list to deal with any future plumbing problems.

I called in the morning to see about availability for an emergency.  A pipe burst in the ceiling of the basement.  I decided to go with another company who could get there a little faster, but that company never showed up or called!  Crazy!  Eahrhardt - by the way. I called back at 530 and Eire was here by 615.  Will definitely use again, already have another project planned and scheduled.

Rob found nothing to indicate what was causing the smell (was like something between sauerkraut cooking and sewage smell) .  Oddly, I smelled it in my bedroom, which has the master bath adjacent, but not in the bathroom.  Also, at times my kitchen sink (with disposal) seemed to drain slower than expected.  He gave me some tips both for keeping that sink draining as it should and for preventing sink & tub/shower traps from drying out, which can cause odors.

i called him on 18th. he gave me a window yesterday from 11-1. came around 12. Saw the work, gave the estiamte and completed it without any issues.

Professional and efficient. Quickly returned call to schedule an appointment and arrived promptly to complete the work. 

Prompt in returning my call to set up an appointment and to perform service.  Rob was friendly and very professional.   He performed the job in a timely manner and was able to offer feedback regarding a few other plumbing issues around the house.  We were very happy with his work and would contact him again.

As I said above, it was a quick and easy fix.  He assessed the problems quickly, had what he needed with him, and did the work quickly.

I had a late night, last minute drain backup in my kitchen.  Water was rising in my sinks and spilling out of the dishwasher.  Rob came over, rearranging his schedule, to tackle this problem for me. He was in and out in no time, and cleaned up after himself.  Turns out it only needed to be snaked, but he was a life safer for me...AGAIN!  The guy is good people, and I WILL use him again.

We'd purchased our home just a few months prior, and had some issues with the kitchen sink. Rob from Eire swooped in and inspected every connection.
It turns out that, during a remodeling of the kitchen prior to our purchase, the workers never sealed the sink drain pipe to the main standpipe drain inside the kitchen wall. He corrected it on the spot.
I also told him I was thinking about replacing the aging faucet with something more functional. Rob helped me identify, acquire and then installed the faucet himself.
Site conditions were always pristine. Rob is calm, cool, quick and efficient.

Overall we are very pleased with his service. He came within the stated time window, was professional, pleasant, and did very nice work. In addition to what we had asked of him, he did answer a question we had about our water main. We can't shut the water off completely which could be a problem later on. Chances are good we will have him do the work for us. Thanks!

He was a few hours later than he had expected.  But, when he called he explained that he was held up on his last job.  He explained everything that he was doing thoroughly and answered all questions.  We expect that we will have him back to repair a bathroom faucet.  Very good experience.

It went very well.  I had actually scheduled Rob Clem to replace my garbage disposal 2 weeks prior, however the storm that came through the area resulted with me losing my power for 6 days, so my plans changed.  I rescheduled with him for 7/16/2012.  The time that he gave me was the time frame that he arrived, despite having a larger job before mine.  He was prepared, professional, and communicated everything he was doing, as well as answered my questions about some basic plumbing.  He even went above and beyond the job I hired him to do and adjusted a hose to my dishwasher, thereby alleviating a long-standing problem that I had with my dishwasher.  Rob performed this task without charging me extra!  When he finished working, he cleaned his area well and the replacement of my disposal was to my satisfaction.  I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
