Chris and his crew were great. Chris was very responsive and provided me with color options as well as his recommendation, which was helpful. I had tree cut down a few days after roof was completed and Chris came by on his own to make sure the tree cutting didn't impact my new roof.

I changed my mind and cancelled the deal. They were very understanding and professional.

UPDATE:  After this review I can provide the following updates.  (1) The work that was done held up pretty well and we didn't have any roof leaks going on one year.  (2) Chris was more responsive when I needed a copy of the write-up he did for the sale of my home.  Given these developments, I would be comfortable using this company in the future.

I've given the provider an overall rating of C (Fair), not bad, but fair.  I felt like the provider was somewhat complacent since the services were prepaid through the purchase of the Big Deal.  Not rude or incompetent, just not confidence inspiring or very professional in my estimation.  I'm not really that demanding either.  Mainly, I had to squeeze a response out of him and he wasn't very good at communicating.  There was an initial mix up with the work date (I read an e-mail as if they were coming out on a particular day and he wrote it to mean they would call to schedule something for the following week on that day).  Fair enough, reasonable minds can differ on how to read something sometimes.  The main issue was that I had asked for pictures a few times before and asked them to call me before they came out so I could discuss some roof issues, but none of that materialized.  I didn't even get a call confirming they had done the job after they came out (since they don't require you to be there beforehand and didn't confirm they were coming until early morning the day of).  I had to call them in the evening and wait a while to get a brief report without pictures of the work completed.  My bottom line is I think there must be better and worse roofers out there.  I bet Chris would fall in the "better" column if you can arrange it so that he gets paid after the work is done rather than before.

Chris is a laid back and personable guy who seems to really know what he is doing.  We had a bit of a unique situation that he dealt with professionally and without any drama.  His team worked hard (on a hot day) and their work looks good (as far as I can tell).  We discussed the job at length and Chris was thoughtful about how to he went about replacing my roof and did it on the exact date I wanted him to.  They made a huge mess in my backyard that they cleaned up in less than an hour.  So far no issues with their work.  Solid company, would definitely recommend.

Chris and his team were punctual, efficient and did a very good job. He arrived promptly and finished the job within a day, keeping me updated on how the progress was going, including emailing me pictures of the installation. 
Absolutely no complaints, and would 100% use them in the future. Very satisfied!

After initial difficulty attempting to contact the provider, Chris, the owner contacted me by email and was extremely responsive thereafter. A crew was promptly dispatched to evaluate and photograph the areas needing repairs, and Chris had an estimate, with the digital photos, in my hands a day later. The work was then completed at a satisfactory agreed price and earlier than the original schedule. Perhaps a technological problem or other difficulty impeded our initial communications, because that seemed very out of character with Chris' subsequent responsiveness and good nature. I appreciate good work, and these folks are thorough and provide by contract that they stand behind their work.

I think they did a great job. They were very punctual and were great with communication. The owner's name was Chris and he contacted me promptly and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time and did the maintenance in a short period of time. He gave me an overview of what they did on my roof. They seemed very professional and had a deep understanding of what they were doing.

Every contact I had with the company was a good one. From the owner to the installation crew, Complete Roofing Solutions was professional and a pleasure to work with. Before installation, the details of the install were clearly described. The installation crew onsite was neat and cleaned up all debris at the conclusion of their work. The project was completed ahead of the estimated schedule and it was completed on budget. The owner even emailed me detailed photos of the completed roof installation for my review. I highly recommend Complete Roofing Solutions for replacement and repairs of a roof - flat or pitched.

I called the phone number provided on Angie's List. The person who answered asked that I go online to request a free estimate and provide my contact information. I received a email on July 8, 2014 stating that "we will put you on the schedule to have this looked at and call prior to sending out a tech". I did not receive a call but received another email on July 9, 2014 with a quote and pictures of my roof. The picture were obviously taken from my backyard. This is important for a few reasons:
1. I did not give them permission to entemy yard
2. They failed to secure the gate so my dog escaped from the yard. ( Much to my relief, my dog was found around 9PM that night)
I sent a reply to the email on July 11, 2014 and received a phone call right away from Chris saying he was sorry and he offered to do anything to make it right. I'm just not sure how you make something like this right. I'm often reminded that many businesses provide the same type of services, the best pay attention to the small details. I'm choosing not to do business with Complete Roofing.

It was good. Everything was exceptionally well. They were quick. They did everything they said they were gonna do. They were timely and easy to communicate with. There was nothing bad. The price seemed fine.

Chris from Complete Roofing Solutions was extremely helpful. He was always available to speak on the phone and answer any questions I had. After he performed an estimate and we confirmed that we would, in fact, like to work with him, he went out of his way to fix the leaks earlier than expected before another incoming rain storm.

Complete Roofing Solutions provided fantastic service, absolutely wonderful service. We had all kinds of wire interruptions and he still got it done ahead of his originally projected schedule. We got a discount of 15%, it was an extremely good deal. Very professional work. The reason that I went with him was first of all the guarantee what I have got that is better than the others, the quality of the materials that he was putting in were better than others because I researched those, most important to me is he is using employees and not just random contractors that he picks up from somewhere. It is a different class of professionalism, the guy absolutely knows his stuff and so his people.

They repaired the roof, and we've had no problems since then.

They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Complete Roofing Solutions is the exception to this rule.
I have had the pleasure (or in some cases displeasure) of working with several contractors in the DC metro area. Chris Onoffrey and his crew are by far the best I have ever come across. Chris came out himself to give us an estimate on the project, and right away it was clear he knew exactly what he was talking about. In addition to his obvious expertise, he was also professional, courteous, and patient with our questions and concerns. He was also incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the contract process. He never tried to sell us on anything unnecessary or "extra," and quoted us a price that was significantly lower than any of the other bids we received.
On the day of the project, Chris showed up with his crew. He managed the (admittedly small) project personally, and it was an absolute joy to watch his hands-on approach and thorough supervision/instruction. The smallest details did not escape him, and he even fixed what other contractors had done poorly.
It is clear how much pride Chris takes in his work; he truly goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done to his own extremely high standards. My only gripe is that he only does roofing- I would LOVE to hire him to do everything in my house!

I was extremely happy with them because the roof looks very good.. They were supposed to do the work over the winter so when they failed to come, they contacted me to say that they had to reschedule. I appreciated their professionalism, the speed of the work when they were finally able weather wise to do it and the price was good too. I was just very impressed with the contact I had with Chris and his coming to the job site at the beginning and at the end. He also gave me some tips concerning some things I was working on. He was just very helpful and friendly.

I was more than satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and materials used in the project. It was a joy to work with Chris after the song and dance put on by salesmen from several other contractors. We had a problem with two leaks from our twenty year old roof. I have waited till now after the rain over the weekend of March 29th & 30th to post my review. The new roof preformed wonderfully without a hint of leakage. Several emails and calls to complete the estimate. 3 weeks from contract signature the workers came and completed the job in 1 day. They did a great job of removing all old roofing materials. They repaired one panel of plywood, included in the estimate and installed new vents, flashing and shingles.

I had some initial misgivings about how the roof cap shingles were placed, but Chris Onofree made a special return visit to show me that the installation was correct. As to the initial work, it was done in one day (with a crew of eight); cleanup on the next day was very thorough. My assessment is that the cost of the work was fair, with a substantially lower quote than from another high quality roofer. It may have been higher than for a bargain basement job, but we wanted the absolutely best shingles available (instead of replacing with new slate, which would have been extremely expensive).
