Closet Stretchers

Michael Ghouliani was our design consultant.  He arrived on time and was very professional and polite.  He did an excellent job of coming up with a design for the closet.  He was able to use the limited space in the closet very efficiently. He also did a very good job of making us feel comfortable with his company's ability to deliver. 
The installers arrived on time on the day of the install.  They did an excellent job.  Michael said that the total install time would be no more than 3.5 hours.  The actual install took less than 3 hours.  The installers cleaned up the areas.
We were extremely pleased with end result.  We will certainly use closet stretchers again.  We recommend closet stretcher without any reservations.

We got two estimates from companies that were highly rated on Angie's List.  Both were similar in terms of cost, but Closet Stretcher's estimate including removing and disposing of the old closet, while the other copmany's did not.  Mike came out and provided a very workable design.  The workmen came out as scheduled within 2 weeks and took care of both removal and installation in about 6 hours.  After they left, we noticed a small strip of bare floor in both closets where the new installation did not cover areas where our carpet stopped.  We called the next morning, and Mike came over that afternoon to suggest a fix to cover the bare area.  His workmen came out within a week to add a base that took care of the problem.  We were impressed by the quality of their work and their professionalism in responding to problems.

Our Design Consultant was Michael E. Ghoulian.  He was very professional, extremely nice and helpful.  I had already known the type of design I wanted and he made helpful suggestions and offered alternate solutions to any of my concerns.  The installers were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves.  My only "concern" is that when they installed the belt/tie rack, it  hit against the back wall of the closet.  I had to put on a foam backing.  I did call the company directly to ask about this.  The woman I spoke to was extremely helpful and concerned.   She determined that that was how the belt-tie rack was designed, but would pass the word along.  She apologized and I appreciated her attempt at helping.  I still rate them very highly.

In just two weeks from initial call through designer visit (Michael) through installation, Closet Stretchers was a pleasure to deal with. The closet design took into our account our own unique needs. Demolition/construction was handled efficiently and cleanly and was done in just about three hours.

Michael, the designer, was very knowledgeable. He made suggestions about the design that was very helpful. He found the best solutions for our closets and got the work done very quick. The service turned out great.

We have a fairly large walk-in closet but didn't know what to do with the space. Nancy was our designer and she did a great job coming up with ideas and gave a competitive price. There is a few week lag between the design submission and the actual installation (I think this is pretty standard across companies), but the installers also were very professional and quite fast. We got quotes from California Closets and Closet Stretchers. We thought Closet Stretchers would be the most competitive price but they were actually a thousand dollars more expensive and CA Closets was about three thousand more.

The company representative was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. The company provides many options on the details of the product and the representative explained all of these to us. We discussed with him what we wanted in each of the spaces we were considering for remodeling and he incorporated everything we wanted. The installers were very efficient and completed all of the work, on all five spaces, in one day. There was one mistake in the laundry room/closet. We had requested a hanging bar above the dryer to hang shirts and items of that length. The installers had placed the bar too low. We noticed this before the installers left. They were able to correct the problem on the spot.

They contacted me within 24 hours of my email. The sales person visited within a couple of days and measured. Less than a week later the shelving was installed. They were very thorough, clean, and professional. We are extremely pleased with our purchase!

I was reluctant to call any of these closet rehab folks because friends told me they were aggressive closers and treated you with the intent of a used car salesperson. They were wrong about one of them.

A couple of other services wanted me to sign on the spot. why would I want to wait, discount if you sign now etc.
The estimator from Closet stretchers,Michael G.was great. He walked around and looked at a couple of closets, without measuring he knew the dimensions and what we needed. I challenged him to measure the couple of spaces he estimated, he did and his estimates were correct. This guy has been in the business for awhile and he was good at his job. No upsell, no sales tactics just listened to us and wrote it all down. He made the drawings on the spot, by hand. Once I saw the prices, I was still skeptical. 20-25% below the prices of the competitors who came by and the materials seemed to be the same!  We added a pantry, basement closet and cabinets in the laundry room once we saw the pricing. My wife and I sat at the table and Mike told us if we were ready to go he could set up the work. I told him I don't buy on the spot and he said ok but act soon because he had discounts in play. The next day I went to the shop and looked at the materials and saw the closets I would have in my house. I went to one of the competitors and looked at their materials. Closet Stretchers had the best deal and quality materials.As I got closer to the install date, I was evaluating the value of each space Closet Stretchers planned to remodel. The laundry cabinets seemed expensive, so I asked to have them removed-no problem-took them right off the bill. Later, I priced them at Home Depot and another cabinet shop and found they were still less expensive with install at Closet Stretchers!. The install went well and immediately we increased our storage space and closets as promised. Having your life organized and knowing exactly where everything is makes it easier to get out of the house every day. I turned from skeptic to believer. Mike G is the best and by the way, at the last minute I asked for the laundry cabinets back and they had them on the truck and ready to install on my date.
Call Closet Stretchers first, then call the others if you want-  but these guys provide good old fashioned customer service.Their prices were great and their people were excellent. I highly recommend them and would go no where else if I needed this kind of work again.

It went well.  Work was performed exactly the way they said it was.  Employees were fast and courteous.

The company responded to our need for an estimate on remodeling a den/office quickly and once agreed to, the work began quickly and was completed on time. The material and workmanship seem excellent after two months of use.

Good design ideas from the designer they sent out--he was very knowledgable and efficient.  The quality is not perfect, but the price isn't exorbitant, either.  The look nice.

The man who came to do the estimate was very professional and gave us great ideas for two very small closets that I had given up on.  After we agreed on the plan we were able to set up the service the following week.  The closet installers came on time, put in the shelving and rods, cleaned up (they brought their own vac) and were gone in less than three hours.   We would
definitely use them again for other closets in our house.

i had two closet interiors redone. They were prompt in arriving and cleaned up all their mess. The work quality is excellent and the price very fair, as I got bids from two other companies. I would use them again.

Everything went great, and we are very satisfied.  The architect met with us at our home, and designed our closet.  A week or so later they came out to do them work.  They arrived on time and were finished in the amount of time estimated by the architect.
We were so pleased that we asked them back within weeks to complete our other projects.

I contacted Closet Stretchers and requested an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment within several days.  The representative came to my home at the scheduled date and time, quickly measured my closet and almost instantly began drawing up plans based on what I wanted--a mix of shelves, long hang and short hang.  I priced a similar design using elfa at Container Store and was in near shock when I received the estimate from Closet Stretchers. Closet Stretchers was almost half the price AND it included installation!
Within two weeks the installers showed up and installed my closet within 45 minutes.  They cleaned up after themselves and left me with a lovely closet.  I highly recommend this company.

Called set up appt in less than 24 hrs.  Designer was punctual and came prepared.  Looked at space, asked what we hoped to see and drew a design idea that was "right on!"
Did measuring and costs which was lower than others and had an installation date for 1 week later.  Crew showed up on time and did closet and cleaned up in 1/2 day.

The job went very well.  I had no complaints or issues with the entire process.

Excellent. On the first meeting the designer took measurements and drafted several different designs. Her input into the process was excellent. When the installers came, they were on time and efficient. The installation is great and everything fits neatly into the closet.  A great bargain compared to some of the bigger name closet installation companies. I am definitely using Closet Stretchers again.

Closet Stretchers had by far the best price and selection.  The work took only about 2 hours and was done superbly.  The installation tripled the available space in the closet.
