When I set up the appointment, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The technician who opens shop in the mornings wasn't able to make it on date of appointment due to family emergency so I ended up waiting there for a while and finally left. I left a message with them because I was upset about having to wait in front of their shop with nobody there. They called back apologizing profusely and explained what happened. I decided to give them another shot since they had a good review on RepairPal. I'm glad I did. The work was done well, cheaper than the dealer and the car was vacuumed and pressure washed upon pick up. In fact, it was so clean it looked practically new - much better wash than the local car wash places. When I had dropped the car off, they drove me back to work, which was nearby, so I didn't have to worry about transportation. Staff was friendly throughout and I was very happy with the overall work, especially the final touch of having a very clean car when I picked it up.
