Description of Work: I use B&B Air Conditioning & Heating Service Co for heating and a/c services. I had them do a spring and fall system check. I had them install a new evaporator pad and when there is some problem, something need to be replaced I generally have them do that so I have them do that kind of maintenance on my system.

Description of Work: We had a service contract with them for a few years. At first, their service was good. We usually had the same person come out for our biannual inspection, and the inspectors seemed very thorough and competent. But in the last 2 years of our contract, their service really deteriorated. We had a new inspector every time, one of whom was clearly befuddled by the task -- he kept asking why we'd adjusted a certain valve on the water heater, and we kept explaining that the previous BB&B inspector had done that, and he wouldn't believe us until he called the office and they walked him through the process over the phone! Concerned that that inspection wasn't done correctly, I asked that an inspection of our heating system be repeated when they did our AC inspection. The person on the phone assured us it would be. Well, apparently that was never communicated to the inspector (yet another new face) who said "I'm not here to do that" -- and he didn't. That's when we decided to let our contract end. Since then I've learned that they also overpriced! We've gotten better service at a lower price at another HVAC maintenance company.

Description of Work: Although the problem was not resolved by B&B, they sent THREE techs to work the problem and didn't leave us without working A/C and heat. Great team and we will use them again.

Description of Work: Had a maintenance contract for gas heater and air conditioner for several years. At the last inspection, they recommended replacing gas heater because of leakage issues. We checked with 3 companies and got a better deal on replacing gas heater and air conditioner from another company and went with them.

Description of Work: They serviced a gas furnace and a heat pump, which we had not had done for a year and a half. The cost was under an annual contract that will include the AC unit check in the spring. It was a little pricier than our previous contract but seemed thorough and professional. I rated quality as B only because I'm not sure how to determine.
