Good but very expensive. Over $700 for a one-mile move of just a desk, futon and desktop printer.

I have moved many times and this experience with Artisan was the best from start to finish. Ms. Kellermanâ  s guidance and quick responsiveness to my inquiries made the process run smoothly. The young men who moved our belongings did so with care and efficiency. I hope I never have to move again but if I do I will call Artisan. if I do I will call Artisan.

Out-of-State Moving Service
This was my first time getting movers, and Artisan Movers made the whole process smooth and painless. They took an inventory of my items, and provided me with a base estimate. The day of the move, they arrived promptly and were extremely helpful. The two young men, moved my 1 bedroom apartment efficiently. Wrapped all of my heavy furniture, packed my clothes, and made the whole move smooth. 10/10 would hire again and recommend. I moved from DC to MD. Very affordable rate. Wore masks the entire time.

The crew was extremely professional, prompt, polite and very hard working. They came early in the morning and did a great job. Took very good care of our furniture. Nothing was broken or damaged. I would recommend them highly.

This past weekend my roommate and I used a highly professional and efficient moving company named Artisan Movers. They did a great job, very professional and customer service was top notch. We highly recommend them. David and the other 2 employees never complained or seemed lazy. They took care of our items. I had a claim that I had to open and Marc the owner was very thorough and accommodating with a solution. They explained the insurance in details. Highly recommend this company.

We just unpacked the last box today and not a single thing was broken or damaged in our move! I cannot thank Santos, Alex, and Juan enough for the professionalism and care they took We couldn't have moved on a day when the weather was worse - 95 degrees and humid. The apartment my daughter was moving into was a third floor walk up, but they never complained and completed everything in four hours. We will definitely use you the next time we move. Thank you so much. Your team was the best!

We were in great hands from our pack up, storage, and unpack. Cris was great to work with, and the crew that came out to pack up and unpack, were professional, friendly, and caring! You could see they like working for Artisan and are proud of their company! They promised us that our contents would be packed properly, and they reassured us, after a past bad move with another company, that we would be experiencing the highest quality and level of service that you should expect when people move your belongings. I can't say enough about Artisan Movers. From the quotation to the final move, the level of professionalism and care provided by their entire staff far exceeded my expectations. The estimate was accurate with no surprises when it came time to the final bill. The extraordinary level of care and protection they gave to our furniture ensured that it would all arrive safely and damage free. How they were able to artfully execute the tight corners and stairs of my previous home while carrying some very heavy, large, and solid pieces was amazing to watch. As for the price; what a great value! Artisan Movers is a must hire.

I hired Artisan Movers to help relocate my home & home office to a new location. They were very prompt with giving me what I would say was a very reasonable estimate. I had contacted 2 other movers for estimates but felt the Artisan crew was the most accurate & thorough with their pricing, I was worried the other bids were just lower to get the sale and then would tack on pricing during or after. The move went perfectly, everybody was on time and they were super careful. I would hire them again without hesitation!

My wife and I decided on the very day of our move to look for some Rockville movers instead of doing it ourselves with a rental truck, after all, moving with two young children and a dog sounds like lots of fun. We were kind of hesitant about the whole thing, since we acted on a whim, but it worked out perfectly. We hired Artisan Movers and they were amazing! They were super-efficient and the crew was as kind as could be! These guys were super competent, and made our move so much better. I would definitely recommend Artisan Movers for anyone looking for movers in Rockville, MD.
