It took a week to hear back after three calls. Scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. The day of, I was asked if we could postpone by two weeks. I agreed. And then the day before, I was asked if we could postpone again by one day -- 11am on a Sunday. I agreed. As 11am was approaching, the gentleman texted me to say he was running late and that he would text me again when he was leaving the previous client's site. I texted two hours later -- no response. I texted four hours later -- no response. The gentleman never texted me back to apologize for blowing off the appointment that we rescheduled twice before. Just radio silence. Thus, I recommend avoiding Dentworks at all cost. Don't waste your time.

Shannon did work for me once before and did a good job. I took a stack of business cards from him and sent him several customers. This time when I called he answered the phone, instructed me to text my address to the number I called and abruptly hung up. Twice I texted my name and address. No response. Tried calling after a couple of weeks. Nothing.

We were hoping for a good result, but we were amazed by the results, which were outstanding.  We could not be more pleased with the quality of the repair, the response time, the convenience, nor with the price charged, which was extraordinarily reasonable. Highly recommended!

Shannon (the business owner) was prompt, friendly, efficient, and the repair he performed on the bumper looks great. DentWorks LLC is the real deal.

It's underneath the bottom of the front bumper and not very visible. It would have cost $1,000 if I went to a body shop or the dealer.

I am totally impressed with the results of Shannon's efforts. Will definitely call on him again.

Shannon, the owner, arrived on time and did a very good job on a dent that was particularly difficult because it was creased and because of its location. The repair cost $100. For comparison, I had received quotes from auto-body shops that ranged from $1,200 to $2,400. Dent Works, LLC comes to your location to do the repair and uses paintless dent-repair techniques. It was a labor-intensive process (requiring more than 2 hours of delicate work).
