Once it stopped raining and they got caught up and started the work it was just great. Other than a few problems with the permits and the weather they got to working on a deck, enclosed my carport to a garage and converted my screened in porch to a sunromm. We also resided the whole house and put up two columns in the front of the house! It looks just great; It's better than I could have imagined. Christian is a master carpenter and is very creative and more than happy to help you with whatever you want to have done. They were a pleasure to work with. Would certainly recommend them for your home upgrades.

I have used this company to build my porch, for siding and just recently my deck. They did a stellar job on all projects!!

They did a great job! They were timely, professional and had a reasonable price! The owner came out to give me the estimate, and rather then trying to "sell" me he advised me! He was very personable and made me feel comfortable that he would build me a sturdy deck! The deck turned out beautiful and also very sturdy! I highly recommend him!

The Custom Works team was very professional, courteous, personable and efficient. I must admit that I am a perfectionist and when I verbalized my concerns, they were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. The project was top notch and I am completely satisfied with the workmanship, quality and over all look of my deck and fence. The inspector also commented on how well the job was done.

They did a wonderful job of our deck, exactly as we had wanted it. The only negative was that they put off starting the job for so long, that they weren't able to get it done by the date that we had asked them to finish by.

My experience with Glen & Custom Works, Inc. works was great. Denny, the supervisor explained every phase of my project. I was open as the the time frame, so my project was completed in about a week. I'm very satisfied with my finished deck & its enclosure. I have one minor concern now. The enclosed area under deck now has restricted ventilation & does not dry as before. I called Glen & he is willing to help me find a reasonable solution for channeling the rain water, if I so desire. That going the extra mile!!!

We are very pleased with the work performed by Custom Works building a new deck with stairs, and composite decking and top cap on wood frame for our townhome. They go the extra mile because THEY want to, without a hidden agenda. Believe the quote!

We had a screened in porch and deck built. Glenn was great to work with. His crew was very friendly and did a great job. We were not to impressed with the Electrical Subcontractor but Glenn was able to resolve the issue. Overall the building crew was on time and kept in communication if something changed. We are very happy with the end result.

I have nothing but praise for Glen and his crew. Appointments were made and kept, the work proceeded quickly, I was consulted throughout the project, they kept things tidy and the finished product is exactly what I had hoped for and all done for what I believe was a reasonable price tag. His crew even put down sod and mulch where the ground got a big trampled from the foot traffic. A+ grade from me.!

The deck looks fine. The representative was respectful. However, they were not considerate of the ground grating or the existing stone stair casing. It will cost me to repair the walls surrounding the footing put in place for the deck.

Our deck is amazing. Custom Works did a great job and were very professional. I would recomend this buisness to anyone!

3/22/08: We just hired Glen to do our screen room. We started with a screen room for our deck and ended up with that and more. Glen was easy to work with as we finalized our scope of the project and priced out different material options. We are excited to be working with Custom Works, Inc. And will update our comments after project completion. 06/15/08: The deck and screen room is finished and it is excellent. The workers are very experienced at what they do and work very well together. They each know their jobs and go about them in such an organized fashion. We truely enjoyed the whole experience with Custom Works, Inc. And recommend them.

Custom Works just finished our deck. My wife and are extremely happy with the finished result. Their attention to detail and professionalism in completing the project on time compliment the finished product. The price was great and I would recommended these guys to anyone. Glen and his team did great work on our new fence and deck. Glen was courteous and made great suggestions for our projects. The work was completely ahead of schedule, and my dog is enjoying running freely in the yard. My wife and I can't wait to entertain on the new deck!
