I've been using them probably 20 years. The car's a Honda Pilot. They had to change the fluid in either the differential or the center differential or the rear differential and it uses a special fluid that Honda sells. It's expensive which is why the price was so high. It's the only fluid you're allowed to use. We knew the guy that owned it before the current owner. The current owner is his son. It's a small family business and they do fine. The last time they redid the brakes and it was making a rubbing noise and I took it back up there. And they took about an hour and finally figured out what it was. It had nothing to do with the brake job that they did but they corrected it for free.

They performed the work as expected. We did bring the car back because it was running a little rough, but they determined it was due to the wires that I had not yet replaced. Bransfield gave us a no hassle loaner car for almost a week while the service was being performed and when we brought the car back. When we took the car out for a test drive after the repairs, the shop was closing, but Brian told us to take our time testing it because he wanted us to be sure we were happy. He did not rush us and was more concerned with customer service than the fact that it was a Friday after closing time. The shop is clean and organized and Brian and the others that work there are so pleasant! While we were waiting other customers came in and raved over the shop. One woman said she'd been coming there for over 15 years and wouldn't let anyone else touch her cars. We have already recommended Bransfield to family and friends!
