They really did a topnotch job. The 1 I narrowed it down to was leaf filter and he can provide that too but he chooses not to because there were too many callbacks on it so leaf gutters is where I went and I’m very happy with it so far. Of course we haven’t had it for a long time but it looks good and he was very professional about everything and I trusted him, and his men who worked for him were very focused on what they were doing, didn’t waste any time, they were focused to make everything exactly right. As a matter of fact, they went back and remeasured things that he had taken just to make sure because that’s very important and they have the latest equipment. As a matter of fact, I use G H Clark for about anything outside.

Replaced some shingles and recaulked around both skylights. No charge! They are a very reliable company.

The overall experience was perfect. I called and asked to have someone come out. We set up an appointment and they arrived promptly. Mike showed me their merchandise and let me know all my options without being overly pushy, he was great. So I emailed him our final decision and once I signed the contract and gave them the down payment they were at the house within a week installing the gutters. I didn't even have to be present when they did the install and when I got home I had beautiful new gutters and downspouts. The owner of the company and all the folks that work there are absolutely professional, punctual, super nice and overall it's a great company to hire to get some work done on your house.

Smooth, no drama, or BS, very professional and easy to deal with. They showed up let us know they were ready to start working. Asked if we had any questions. We told them we had none at the time and they said OK they were ready to go to work. Completed on time exactly as promised. The whole process from the Estimator (pricing) to the installation was easy.

My wife and I met with Gil Clark who presented us with a full description of the work that we were asking for including suggestions for us to consider using a higher quality roofing material or a standard type. We went over several options of not only the roofing material but also type and size of gutters. Mr. Clark was very knowledgeable of his company's services and informed us what we could expect from beginning to the completion of the job. There was no pressure for us at any time to choose his company for the work. After our initial meeting, Mr. Clark provided me one estimate for the roof replacement and another estimate for the gutter replacement. After considering each of the estimates that he and other companies provided us, we chose to have G. H. Clark do all of the work we were looking for. The material was delivered within 2 days of giving Mr. Clark the ok to proceed and working around the weather forecast, the roof was started on February 14th. We were contacted to let us know when the work would begin and was kept informed from beginning to finish. The entire roof was stripped and replaced in one day only leaving clean-up and gutter work to be completed. The guttering was started early on February 18th and completed the same day. I am retired from a service oriented company and was impressed with not only Mr. Clark but also his office manager, Jenna Fansler and also one of his workers that stood out to me as being one of Mr. Clark's go to worker, Luke. Luke made initial contact with me the morning of starting the work by making a point in letting me know his name plus what to expect during the process. Luke was the main person I dealt with while the work was being done and Mr. Clark can be proud of the employees that were involved with the total job.

Very responsive to my innitial calls for an estimate and is good at follow up emails.

I had asked the company to come to my home and provide me with estimates on three different projects. One project was to refinish a basement, another project was a front porch and the third project was to remove all rainspouts, cover facing in vinyl and then reinstall new rainspouts. The company came out and made all necessary measurements, took digital photos and made rough sketches of work to be done. I never heard back from the company. Two months later I was at the county fair and the company had a booth set up, I visited the booth and explained what had happened/not happened. The president of the company promised me he would look into the problem and get back with me the following week. I never heard a word.

We had damage on our roof from Hurricane Sandy. GH Clark came out promptly and gave us an estimate to repair the damage and/or replace the roof. They were the only ones who actually sat down with us and discussed options and types of roofing. Mike Nastasi was great to work. He made great suggestions. Since our roof was already 22 years old, we went ahead and replaced the whole roof instead of just repairing the damage. The workers came when they were scheduled and did the work promptly. Mr. Clark came out and walked the roof to check over the quality of the installation the next day. I can't say enough good things about this company! We are 100% pleased with their work and service. I would recommend this company without exception.

They were very good, efficient and always on time. I had a good experience with them. Their estimates came in a little over what the State Farm Insurance had said which shows it was good. Their bids came in right with what the State Farm gave me which shows their prices were right in line. Whenever I called them they would answer right away and were responsive. The contractors who they sent out also were on time, very polite and very nice. However there was only one guy who knew English. I would use them again in the future.

G&H immediately responded to our email and set an appointment. They were prompt at the appointment and their sales person, Jordan, was exceptionally friendly and professional. He took accurate measurements and walked us through the process explaining the different gutter systems available and what he recommended. He emailed us with an estimate exactly when he said he would. We scheduled the appointment for replacement and they were on-time and on-budget. We never saw the technicians working but, when we got home that day, they were completely done. Other than the new gutters, the only evidence they were there was a small piece of gutter metal we found in the top of a tree a few weeks later when we were trimming the trees. They were respectful of our property and did a wonderful job. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors and we would be happy to use them again for any construction job we may have in the future.

This is an update to my original review. All work has been performed to my expectations and I would highly recommend this comlpany to anyone needing roofing and or drywall.

I needed new gutters, and contacted about 4 contractors, including GH Clark. At least one of the others claimed to do only gutter installation and repair. I asked for estimates for the work to be done, asking for a specific system. GH Clark was the lowest by at least $2,000.00, and that included going with larger downspouts than the others recommended. It was so much lower, I was almost afraid to hire them! But they have been in business for a long time, so I hired them. The workers were prompt, finished the work on time, and cleaned up everything. I've had no trouble with the gutters since. I wish I had known about them when I needed a new roof. I will be replacing windows and possibly siding, and I will definitely use GH Clark.

Gil came out and assessed the situation regarding a leak that we had. He advised that we needed a new roof and said he could start the very next day. Workers arrived early the following day and worked all day, getting most everything done. However, it got dark and instead of coming back the following morning, they tried to finish up in the dark which was unsafe (I thought) and resulted in the flashing around the chimney unsatisfactory.. They came back two days later and redid the flashing which looks 100% better. I am still waiting for them to repair the drywall in the sunroom where the water leaked in. They have not come back to do these repairs as yet.

They are very reliable. My overall experience with them has been good.

The work was fine there was a small problem but they came back and fixed it.

He came on time and was very professional. We decided not to move forward with the work at this point but will consider this company in the future.

Extremely well, a crew showed up on schedule and completed all work in two days. A follow up notification was performed to make sure everything was satisfactory. Options during the initial sales pitch went very well, he listed what products he had, various benefits (i.e. weather guard) and left it up to me to decide.

good overall work. a little on the expensive side, but no major problems throughout the work.

I contacted G. H. Clark and asked if they did small jobs; they responded yes. I asked for an estimate and within a couple of days a representative came out and provided estimate. I agreed to cost and he said someone would come early the next week to complete job. The next week a worker arrived and completed the job in a few hours. I can't respond to the issue of "Quality" for the following reasons: 1. I can't go up on the roof and look at work 2. I won't know if work was done properly until after several heavy rains. Note: G. H. Clark provided me with a 5 year warranty on labor.

These guys were awesome. I'm going to call them every year from now on.

We had a new roof, gutters and downspouts installed to our one-story ranch house that has several peaks in the roof. Gil came out and gave an estimate and explained the entire process to us in detail. He answered all of our questions (and we had a lot) about roofing material and repairs. The roof needed some repairs and had a few tricky valleys and crickets that G.H. Clark was able to improve on during the installation. We also added ridge vents to two areas that did not have them. Gil was very prompt on coming out to do the estimate and providing us a written estimate and contract the next day. We scheduled our work for the following week. As I was leaving at 6:30 a.m. the roofers were arriving and by the time I returned at 4 p.m., the new roof was on! Gil was not satisfied with our one complicated valley (an addition was added by previous owners and the roof was not well done), so he sent the workers back out to fix it to his and our satisfaction. The next day, the gutter team showed up and installed our new gutters and downspouts. We were very impressed with the quality of work performed and the professionalism of both crews. We have a few more home projects we will need to do in the future and will call G.H. Contractors to do that for us. We did get three estimates for the project and G.H. Clark's bid was in the middle for pricing, but we felt Gil would provide us with the best product and decided to go with him. Job well done! Since the new roof has been installed we have had a few major rains and we had no leaks in our addition - which is the first time it has never leaked since we purchased the home!

The price may be a bit high, but so far they have always shown up.
