We had a leak that went all the way to the basement and made a mess over a long time. He found exactly what it was which is kinda funny. Someone installed a shelf in our laundry room and drilled right thru the pipe in the wall. The leak went all the way to the basement which is where we saw some sort of problem. Joe found the area and found the holes in the pipe. I felt very comfortable with him also. Didn't feel like he would do anything unnecessary to upcharge.We only paid for 1 hour work and the part.
