This company is awesome!! No long wait for the appointment even though it's a busy time of year. His office staff is super friendly and return your calls quickly. They were quick, friendly and went beyond what they needed to do. I had some loose slates on my attic vents on both sides of my house and they put them back in place for me. THAT was A1 customer service to the max. They didn't have to do that but that seems to be how Mr. Rivers runs his company. They go the extra mile for the customer. Company was very easy to deal with. Had two "waterfalls" that were becoming a big issue in a downpour. Nick's gutters came out while I was at work, cleaned the gutters, and even repaired one section at no additional cost. Best part - they took before and after photos...including a few showing them on my roof. Reasonably priced. Would certainly use them again.

Everything went smoothly. They answered my e-mail promptly and showed up when scheduled. I received a link to the before and after pictures on the same day. I will definitely be using them again.

Had the company inspect and clean my gutters. They cleaned the gutters and made sure that the downspouts were clear. They emailed me the before and after pictures which was great as I was not about to go on the roof to check their work. I no longer have a waterfall coming off my roof when it rains. Definately will use this company again

Awesome job-the customer service gal was sweet, set my appointment up no problem... I didn't have to be home, I would have never even known they were there because they cleaned up so well, and, my favorite part: they emailed me before and after pictures!! It was great because I could see how bad it was before, and what a good job they did after! Their price was very, very reasonable. I'm going to go back to them and have a gutter over my garage fixed next. A+!!

We had a gutter that began to appear like a waterfall. Nick came out, gave an estimate and was back that week to do the job. The gutter was on the back side of our carport which was over a stairway to the patio. We thought that it would need replacing. He opened the gutter covers in place and came across a LOT of roofing material that was causing our "leak". He also cleaned off the nose of the gutter covers and explained that part in particular needs to be clean for the water to drain properly. We would definitely call on Nick to take care of any problems with gutters in the future.

company arrived as promised; I observed some of their work and noticed that they took the time to disassemble some of the gutter elbows in order to insure complete removal of blocking debris; I also appreciated their provision of before and after pictures of the job;

I called on a Thursday morning and they were able to schedule me in the next morning. The lady on the phone was very nice and informed me that the guys would take pictures of the gutters before/after and email them to me when they were done. Two guys showed up Friday morning and promptly went to work. It only took them about 20-30 minutes or so. They cleaned the gutters and used a hose to flush out all of the downspouts. I talked to one of the guys at the end and he informed me that their camera didn't have much room so they could only take 3 photos. Our gutters were almost completely clogged and now they're completely clean. Would recommend them and will likely go with Nick Rivers Gutters again.

I called for an estimate and appointment on Thursday, April 22 at almost 6pm. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant, she asked a few questions about the size of the house and then gave me an estimate of $120 but reminded me that there is a $10 off coupon on Angie's List. (There is also a $10 military discount but you only use one or the other). She told me that they will remove gutter covers and there is a $75 charge to reinstall. Since I just bought the house and have no idea how good the covers are I told her they could just leave them off and I'd save the money. (Turns out they put them back on anyway). I made an appointment for the following Tuesday (today). She told me to leave the check on the front door if no one would be home and they would take care of the rest. When I got home today there was a receipt on the front door for me and I had an email with a link to 17 photos taken at the house today. I saw all the good reviews they already had and they lived up to them all. I'll use them again.

After a horrible experience on my own I joined Angie's list to find someone to help me with my gutters . I found Nick Rivers Gutters through Angie's list and contacted them. Well I hit the jackpot. This guy and his staff were just what we all want. He's honest, fair, and helpful. What more could you want. They came out immediately and looked at my house. The bad news is I have an extremely strange set up so Nick met with me and we talked over various options. During our conversations instead of trying to sell me something Nick kept trying to see if we could save some of my existing gutters. After a long conversation I finally made the decision to just get everything new. Nick's price was so fair and he covered a couple of fixes I didn't even consider. I can't tell you how relived I am to finally meet someone that isn't just trying to get every buck they can out of you. The final result is a perfect job done to my extreme satisfaction and absolute delight. I highly recommend Nick Rivers Gutters and wish I could find more for them to do around my house because I am 100% certain that the job would be done correctly and at a fair price.

I called and got an estimate over the phone. They charged based on square footage of the home, so they were able to do the actual cost on the phone. I left a check and my Angie's list coupon on the door for the amount. It was not required that I be present for the gutter cleaning. They took before and after photos to show the work. They do not give an estimate of time of arrival since you do not have to be home. They arrived around 7am, cleaned the gutters and hammered in some loose nails.

Nick Rivers came to examine problems I was having with my downspout. It turns out it was just clogged. They cleaned the downspout, scupper, etc., and got them working well. Very responsive, punctual, and professional. I like that they email before and after photos - a nice service. I recommend them highly.

We have worked with him the last two years. They have been really good. They did good work. They are very neat and clean. They send you pictures before and after. They are very thorough and very straightforward.

On the recommendation of others in the neighborhood we just had Nick River's gutters out to clean our gutters. Everything about the process went well. We were scheduled in quickly. They showed up on time and were exceptionally friendly. We got an excellent review of not only the condition of our gutters but notice of some troubles with the roof as well. There were minor repairs to be made that they made at no cost. And for their recommended repairs for the future they didn't try to press us to buy today, in fact they said "this is not in good shape but will last you another year or two - call us when it falls off." I could not be happier with Nick Rivers Gutters.

Called late on the afternoon of 3/17 and was greeted by a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone. I said I needed to have my gutters cleaned, and she had a couple of basic questions to get an estimated price. They had an opening on their schedule for the next day (3/18), so I took it. She also helpfully reminded me that there was a $10 coupon on Angieslist to print out and leave along with the check. While I was away at work today, their crew came by and cleaned the gutters. They took before and after pictures of all the gutters and emailed them to me upon completion. They bagged all the debris and left it at the curb for the next trash pickup. Great job! I'd definitely call them again.

Called Nick Rivers Gutters last week to have my gutters cleaned. They were very professional over the phone, setup an appointment for early the next week, and even told me where to get a coupon online. Today they came out for the gutter cleaning service and before I got home from work I had emails showing me the before and after pictures of what they had done. Needless to say I am very impressed with the great service, for a great value. I will be keeping their number close by for future use, and will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Nick replaced the gutter across the back of our house, and repaired the gutter in the front. We called them to schedule an estimate on Monday morning, he came out to give us the estimate (and a very good explanation of what needed to be done, and why) on Monday afternoon, and the work was completed early Wednesday morning. We were very happy with the work, the timeliness, and the professionalism. Highly recommended.

He came and cleaned the gutters and installed hangers. He screwed the gutters and added nails into the fascia so they will not pop out. I was really appreciative of what he did. He's very professional about it, was timely in his work and he suggested a leaf guard. The gutters have held up through the ice storms so far so good.

No estimate given. Promised to come out in two days but never did. After I called them, they then promised to come out several days later and didn't come out then either. A complete lack of professionalism in both not showing up for appointments and for not calling to inform me that they could not come.

The gutters were badly damaged and clogged. I set the appointment for 1 week. I left a check for the estimated expenses. I did not have to be present for the work. They repaired the gutters and downspouts, and did the cleaning. They took pictures of the results. All is well and I am happy again with the roof drainage.

Work was satisfactorily completed at the scheduled time. Post-cleaning photos were supplied via the Internet.

They came a day late but notified us the day they were suppose to come that they were running behind due to weather. They showed up, cleaned gutters and left. They left the bill in the door. I wished they would have knocked oin the door and I could have given them a check, but had to mail it to them instead. I suppose they thought we weren't home because they cam a day later. No complaints - we can't controll the weather and they did notify us they would be coming the next day.

They day I called Nick Rivers Gutters I got the price quote over the phone and scheduled the work. The lady on the phone was very helpful. She told me a bit about their service, asked me to leave the outside water on, leave the check on the door etc. They came on the scheduled day, cleaned the gutters and e-mailed before and after photos. Very good experience.
