TERRIBLE! Contractor did not perform work outlined on contract which was based on only estimate, tries to be sneaky by changing contract 3 months later, did not coincide w/estimate, BUT refused to give back coverage I paid for. Water still coming into basement after work (not done properly), tells me job was done right, his definition of "proper flashing" was by putting Protecto wrap tape on top of a joust, then blames deck for water coming in. Allowed him OVER 3 MONTHS to come back & fix EVERYTHING, get excuses after excuses "too busy", but did not want MHIC involved or to refund full amount of money I am out due to his negligence & breach of contract, still in warranty & still won't budge! Mr Sadler has left me no choice, & wife speaks for him when she never was at my home. Extremely unprofessional company.
Description of Work: Water from coming into sealed/finished basement, plus under deck work
